We’re investing in our Customer Services capability, both by building out the team and implementing the tools
to be able to deliver industry leading service to our customers in a scalable and sustainable way. We are looking
for Customer Services Analysts to build out our Customer Services capability in India. Successful candidates
should be highly customer focused with strong communication and a problem-solving mindset. Successful
candidates should also be able to support the diagnosis and resolution of complex client data and system
challenges as well as being open to building a broader technical skill set.

We’re investing in our Customer Services capability, both by building out the team and implementing the tools to be able to deliver industry leading service to our customers in a scalable and sustainable way. We are looking for a Senior Customer Services Analyst to build out our Customer Services capability in India. Successful candidates should be highly customer focused with strong communication and a problem-solving mindset. Successful candidates should also be able to support the diagnosis and resolution of complex customer data and system challenges as well as being able to manage a team effectively. What you will be doing Our Customer Services team provides day-to-day support and proactive data quality monitoring to ensure customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will be to: * Oversee a small team of Customer Services analysts based in Hyderabad * Trouble-shoot system failures and investigate customer queries * Build and maintain data connectors for existing and/or new data sources * Support release testing on new features and enhancements prior to customer releases * Ensuring that process documentation is kept up-to-date * We can offer some flexibility in working location, but we will expect the analyst to work at least three days a week in our Hyderabad office What you will need * Experience building and developing high functioning teams * A strong technical skill set coupled with experience of working in customer facing roles * Proficiency in SQL and experience of supporting or developing computer systems * Experience with undertaking analysis of complex data or technical issues, and managing technical teams to resolve issues * Strong data analysis skills. * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiatives to address challenges * Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel) and data analysis skills * Experience in Asset Management industry is preferred but not mandatory What we look for * A passion for customer success and building strong, long-lasting customer relationships * Strong team-oriented leadership skills and proven track record managing others * A desire to foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, embodying Aiviq’s core values of collaboration, openness, innovation and respect in all interactions * People who think differently, bring an open mind and diversity of thought About Aiviq Aiviq is growing UK-based FinTech, specialising in developing SaaS products for the world’s investment Managers. About the Role We are looking for a Data Platform Support Analyst to join our team, supporting and maintaining our Azure Data Platform ecosystem. This role requires experience in Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Synapse Analytics, along with exposure to Snowflake. You will work closely with data Architects, data engineers, and customer services team to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our data platforms. Key Responsibilities * Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. * Ensure adherence to Data Platform Support SLAs and KPIs, proactively monitoring and responding to incidents. * Monitor and maintain Azure SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and availability. * Provide support for Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, troubleshooting failures and optimizing workflows. * Maintain and troubleshoot Azure Synapse Analytics, including serverless and dedicated SQL pools. * Provide support for Spark Notebooks in Synapse, troubleshooting execution failures and optimizing Spark jobs. * Provide support for Apache Spark and Delta Lake, troubleshooting issues and ensuring performance optimization. * Support Snowflake workloads and assist in integrating it within our data ecosystem. * Monitor and troubleshoot ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data integrity and reliability. * Work closely with data engineers to optimize database queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies. * Manage data security, access control, and compliance within the Azure Data Platform. * Automate routine support tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Terraform. * Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline management and infrastructure as code (IaC) deployments. * Support data governance and metadata management using Azure Purview or other data cataloguing tools. * Follow internal processes and security guidelines to maintain data platform integrity and compliance. Required Skills & Experience * 5+ years of experience in a data platform support or database administration role. * Strong hands-on experience with Azure SQL, Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics. * Experience with Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake, and storage management in a cloud environment. * Experience with Spark Notebooks in Synapse and troubleshooting Spark-based workloads. * Experience with Apache Spark and Delta Lake, troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing data pipelines. * Exposure to Snowflake and experience in troubleshooting its queries and integrations. * Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data ingestion strategies, and performance tuning. * Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or SQL scripting for automation and support tasks. * Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for performance monitoring. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an ability to resolve complex issues. * Experience with ITIL framework and incident management best practices. Nice to Have * Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Terraform, or Bicep for infrastructure deployment. * Knowledge of Azure Purview for data governance. * Certification in Azure Data Engineer or Azure SQL Admin is a plus. * Exposure with Microsoft Fabric. ABOUT THE ROLE: Tide is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the architecture of our agentic platform. You will shape the shared capabilities that allow AI systems to operate safely, reliably, and at scale across Tide. You will participate in key build versus buy decisions, integrate external components where they accelerate us, and ensure we own the parts that matter most for Tide’s trust, data advantage, and long-term platform leverage.
