Analyst to build out our Customer Services capability in India. Successful candidates should be highly customer focused with
strong communication and a problem-solving mindset. Successful candidates should also be able to support the diagnosis and
resolution of complex customer data and system challenges as well as being able to manage a team effectively.

About the Role We are looking for a Data Platform Support Analyst to join our team, supporting and maintaining our Azure Data Platform ecosystem. This role requires experience in Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Synapse Analytics, along with exposure to Snowflake. You will work closely with data Architects, data engineers, and customer services team to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our data platforms. Key Responsibilities * Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. * Ensure adherence to Data Platform Support SLAs and KPIs, proactively monitoring and responding to incidents. * Monitor and maintain Azure SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and availability. * Provide support for Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, troubleshooting failures and optimizing workflows. * Maintain and troubleshoot Azure Synapse Analytics, including serverless and dedicated SQL pools. * Provide support for Spark Notebooks in Synapse, troubleshooting execution failures and optimizing Spark jobs. * Provide support for Apache Spark and Delta Lake, troubleshooting issues and ensuring performance optimization. * Support Snowflake workloads and assist in integrating it within our data ecosystem. * Monitor and troubleshoot ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data integrity and reliability. * Work closely with data engineers to optimize database queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies. * Manage data security, access control, and compliance within the Azure Data Platform. * Automate routine support tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Terraform. * Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline management and infrastructure as code (IaC) deployments. * Support data governance and metadata management using Azure Purview or other data cataloguing tools. * Follow internal processes and security guidelines to maintain data platform integrity and compliance. Required Skills & Experience * 5+ years of experience in a data platform support or database administration role. * Strong hands-on experience with Azure SQL, Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics. * Experience with Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake, and storage management in a cloud environment. * Experience with Spark Notebooks in Synapse and troubleshooting Spark-based workloads. * Experience with Apache Spark and Delta Lake, troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing data pipelines. * Exposure to Snowflake and experience in troubleshooting its queries and integrations. * Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data ingestion strategies, and performance tuning. * Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or SQL scripting for automation and support tasks. * Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for performance monitoring. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an ability to resolve complex issues. * Experience with ITIL framework and incident management best practices. Nice to Have * Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Terraform, or Bicep for infrastructure deployment. * Knowledge of Azure Purview for data governance. * Certification in Azure Data Engineer or Azure SQL Admin is a plus. * Exposure with Microsoft Fabric. We are looking for Customer Services Analysts to build out our Customer Services capability in India. Successful candidates should be highly customer focused with strong communication and a problem-solving mindset. Successful candidates should also be able to support the diagnosis and resolution of complex client data and system challenges as well as being open to building a broader technical skill set. What you will be doing Our Customer Services team provides day-to-day support and proactive data quality monitoring to ensure customer satisfaction. Senior Product Manager Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid) About the Company At Redpin we simplify life's most important payments. With recent investment we're now on a mission to build a new range of digital products and services that will make moving money Internationally for Real Estate purchases even easier. We're on a mission to become the solution for Real Estate payments everywhere. To do this, we are transitioning our business from a horizontal FX platform to a verticalized, embedded software company, as we look to the future and Redpin 2.0. As part of this mission, we're thrilled to announce we are open a new office in Hyderabad! We're recruiting for several Engineering roles covering front end (React.js) features. About the Role 1. Our Operations teams such as Payment Ops, Compliance Ops, Customer Ops & treasury Ops have multiple portals and we want to unify all of them. There is no dedicated product owner for stakeholder intake. 2. Similarly the Client operations does not have a dedicated product support to capture and identify the issues, prioritize them. Currently the platform roadmap is managed informally across multiple teams without clear ownership. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Platform to fill this critical gap. This person will be the strategic partner to SRE, Operations and Core Platform Engineering, ensuring the platform runs reliably, the right work gets prioritized, and business stakeholders have a clear intake path. What You Will Do - Build a new Admin Tool bringing multiple operations groups together. - Own Site and Platform Reliability Goals * Define and maintain SLOs (Service Level Objectives) and SLIs (Service Level Indicators) for all customer-critical flows. * Stakeholder management - work with various stakeholders within operations and client facing teams, understand their priorities and needs. * Translate product expectations into measurable reliability targets that SRE can engineer to. * Identify and prioritise Top Flows — the highest-impact user journeys — and ensure they are monitored and protected. * Lead quarterly reliability reviews with engineering and business stakeholders. - Run the Business Well * Own "Keep Lights On" accountability — ensuring operational continuity across Pay Ops, Customer Ops, and Compliance Ops. * Prioritise the work on the roadmap, making trade-offs explicit and visible - all by using data. * Track live operational health metrics and escalate risks proactively to engineering and business leadership. * Coordinate incident response communications across stakeholders when SLA thresholds are at risk. - Manage Intake from Business Teams * Serve as the single point of coordination for platform requests from Pay Ops, Customer Ops, and Compliance Ops. * Run a structured intake process — triage, size, prioritize, and schedule work transparently. * Reduce ad-hoc requests and unplanned interruptions to SRE engineering capacity. * Maintain a visible backlog that business stakeholders can track and trust. - Define Product Requirements for Core Platform Engineering team * Author clear functional and non-functional requirements for platform features and infrastructure investments. * Partner with Core Platform Engineering to ensure requirements are feasible, scoped, and well-accepted. * Define and track success metrics for platform feature launches. * Build and maintain a product roadmap that aligns platform investment with business priorities. - Govern Production Data & Change Control * Own the end-to-end process for authorizing access to production data and approving production changes. * Balance operational agility with compliance and risk requirements. * Work with Compliance Ops to ensure change control processes meet regulatory requirements. * Maintain audit trails and documentation for production change approvals. What You Bring Required * 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years in a platform, infrastructure, or operational tools context. * Strong understanding of how operational processes and tools work, understanding various operational workflows. * Strong understanding of SRE principles: SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, incident management, and on-call operations. * Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear business requirements and executive communications. * Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments. * Demonstrated ability to build and manage a prioritized product backlog under competing demands. Preferred * Background in fintech, payments, or other high-availability, high-compliance environments. * Experience running incident retrospectives and problem management processes. * MBA or engineering degree — or equivalent hands-on experience.
