As part of our established and growing payroll bureau, we are seeking a Payroll Administrator to support a varied portfolio of
clients across weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls. Our clients operate across a range of sectors, meaning no two days are
the same and you'll gain exposure to a diverse and interesting client base.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail and
takes pride in delivering outstanding client service. You will work closely with an experienced and supportive team, receiving
ongoing training and development to help you continue building your payroll career.
We’re looking for someone with previous payroll experience, whether gained within a payroll bureau, outsourced payroll environment

Payroll Administrator The Payroll Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration of payroll and benefits across multiple jurisdictions. This role works closely with Finance, HR, employees, external vendors, and contractor providers to help ensure an excellent employee experience, compliance with statutory and company requirements, and the smooth day-to-day operation of payroll and benefits processes. Key Responsibilities * Support the processing of payroll across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring payroll changes, employee data updates, accruals, overtime, bonuses, and reporting are completed accurately and on time. * Administer employee benefits programs, including healthcare, pensions, and other regional benefit schemes. * Manage payroll and benefits queries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner. * Liaise with payroll, benefits, and contractor service providers to support effective service delivery and compliance. * Support employee onboarding by providing payroll and benefits guidance to new hires. * Prepare and maintain payroll-related documentation, including journals, invoices, purchase orders, and audit records. * Maintain payroll and benefits resources on the company intranet, promoting employee self-service and process efficiency. * Assist with process improvements, system enhancements, vendor transitions, and benefits-related projects as required. * Ensure payroll and employee records are maintained accurately and confidentially in line with company policies and data protection requirements. REQUIREMENTS MANDATORY: * 1 years' experience in payroll processing in Ireland, managing multiple priorities with overlapping deadlines. * Strong understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance requirements. * Advanced Excel skills. * Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. * Stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation. NICE-TO-HAVE: * Experience using payroll systems such as CloudPay or similar payroll software. * IPASS qualification (or equivalent) * Additional qualification in HR, Business Studies, or a related discipline is desirable.
