YOUR MISSION Sales is one of the most important skills for building a company, launching a product or developing a career in the technology industry. Yet it is rarely taught at university. By applying for this position, you will learn sales through hands-on experience, working alongside people who have built companies, launched new markets and sold B2B software in international environments. We are looking for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn how to sell in the B2B SaaS industry. Previous sales experience is not required. What matters is curiosity, discipline, energy and a genuine desire to become excellent at what you do. You will start with the fundamentals and progressively gain ownership of the entire sales cycle, following a structured development path towards a full-cycle sales role and working closely with our experienced team: Federico, Viviana, Giulia and Carlo. Throughout the programme, you will receive: * Practical training in B2B SaaS sales; * Ongoing coaching from experienced sales professionals; * Direct experience across the entire sales cycle; * Exposure to Marketing, Product, Customer Success and company strategy; * A practical understanding of how a go-to-market strategy is built; * Clear objectives and a measurable career development path; * The opportunity to grow alongside a market that is still being built. You will develop skills that can support you throughout any future career in sales, management or entrepreneurship. HOW WE MAESURE YOU PROGRESS During your first 12 months, you will work towards progressively more ambitious objectives. The programme is designed to gradually prepare you for a role with direct responsibility for commercial results. During the first six months, we will evaluate: * The quality of the opportunities you generate; * The number of qualified demos booked and their show rate; * The pipeline created through outbound and re-engagement activities; * The speed and quality of your follow-ups; * Your discipline in using the CRM. The following six months will focus on managing demos and inbound leads, closing contracts and influencing new Monthly Recurring Revenue. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for potential, learning agility and a commercial mindset. MUST HAVE * A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, either completed or currently being completed; * A strong interest in Sales, start-ups, technology and B2B SaaS; * Clear written and verbal communication skills; * The ability to listen and ask the right questions; * Discipline, organisational skills and attention to numbers; * The ability to accept feedback and improve quickly; * Native-level Italian; * A good level of English, ideally B2 or above. NICE TO HAVE * Previous experience, even for a short period, in sales, customer service, hospitality, call centres or other customer-facing roles; * Experience in student associations, entrepreneurial projects or university initiatives; * Familiarity with CRM systems, digital tools or SaaS software; * An interest in artificial intelligence, real estate or Italian SMEs; * Any previous international experience. CONDITIONS & BENEFITS For the first 12 months, we offer: * A fixed-term employment contract; * A fully remote working model; * A fixed gross annual salary of €22,000 plus €8,000 in variable compensation, for a total OTE of €30,000; * A structured programme focused on training, increasing responsibility and professional growth. At the end of the first 12 months, subject to successful performance and progression into a permanent role, we offer: * A permanent employment contract; * Compensation starting from €40,000 OTE, consisting of a fixed salary and uncapped variable compensation, with accelerators for overperformance; * Sales targets and quota progressively aligned with the responsibilities of the new role.
