Job description:Om rollen
Vi söker dig som vill leda ett eller flera tvärfunktionella projektteam med representanter från teknik, produktion, underhåll, logistik och kvalitet. I rollen ansvarar du för att hålla kontroll över projektets omfattning, tidplan och budget, samtidigt som du aktivt hanterar aktiviteter och risker. Du bygger engagemang och ägarskap i teamet för att säkerställa att projektmålen nås, och du definierar tydliga milstolpar och uppföljningspunkter för att kontinuerligt följa upp projektets framgång. Du kommer också att prioritera, delegera och följa upp uppgifter inom projektgruppen för att minimera risker och säkerställa leveranser, samt kommunicera och samarbeta med både interna och externa intressenter. En viktig del av rollen är att rapportera projektets framsteg och status till styrgruppen och att säkerställa att projekten genomförs enligt plan, i rätt tid, till rätt kostnad och med kvalitet i världsklass.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har förmågan att kombinera strategiskt tänkande med operativt genomförande, en stark känsla av ansvar samt ett strukturerat och resultatorienterat arbetssätt. Du har god kommunikationsförmåga och erfarenhet av att arbeta med olika intressenter, liksom erfarenhet av att leda och motivera team inom en teknisk miljö. Dessutom har du en naturlig drivkraft att förbättra och effektivisera processer.

As our R&D Project Manager you will become one of the key persons in organizing the delivery of power quality solutions to the rest of our organization. In this role you will work directly with cross-functional team members to ensure that our solutions are delivered and executed in alignment with the overall delivery project priorities. How you’ll make an impact Lead product development efforts utilizing a multitude of processes and tools. Accountable for timely delivery, technical excellence, and process effectiveness of product development activities. Owning, planning, and maintaining the projects. Proactively coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Experience with project management tools and models such as Gate. Line or project management skills are desired and experience with HVDC and FACTS applications is an advantage. Knowledge of product development is crucial. You communicate well, have a structured way of working and have a strong will to drive and implement improvements and change transformations.
