The Role… This is an exciting time to be joining our customer service team which we call the Soho Support Team (SST), with new house openings across The Americas. As such, the Coordinator will report into the Soho Support Manager for Membership, and will be responsible for delivering a first class service to our members throughout The Americas, whilst adhering to departmental SLA’s. This role has great growth potential for the right candidate and would suit someone passionate about delivering a great customer experience. Main Duties... * To be an enthusiastic first point of contact for Soho House member queries via telephone and email. Responding to these queries in a timely manner and adhering to the departments SLA’s. * Offering a pro-active service to our diverse membership through telephone and email. Duties including but not limited to membership administration and club and restaurant enquiries. * Use our Salesforce, GEM and Open Table database to create, look up and update records for current and potential members.- bookings * Set up new member and member renewal payments via credit card, Direct Debit, ACH and the occasional bank transfer payment, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and as per company/legal guidelines. * You will be part of a team responsible for the general administration of The Americas houses (and future house openings). Along with table reservations and event queries for US properties. * Responsibility for amending, pausing, transferring and upgrading memberships, ensuring compliance with the appropriate Terms & Conditions. * Supporting other departments with information requests etc. * Plus any ad-hoc projects given by the Head of Support / Soho Support Manager Requirements / Qualifications... * At least one year of customer facing experience, preferably in a membership environment. * Experience in working to personal and departmental targets, SLA and KPIs * An enthusiasm for providing first class customer service is a must. * Experience of working with Salesforce/ CRM System and Open Table. * Experience of communicating in a friendly but professional manner in fluent English & Spanish. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus. * Experience of working in a fast-paced team environment. * Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & Spanish. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus. * Will have a passion for customer service and enjoy elevating the customers' experience through knowledge, empathy and attention to detail. * You will have a professional telephone manner and strong written correspondence skills. * IT proficiency including Microsoft Office packages and accuracy in data entry with excellent attention to detail. * Highly motivated, adaptable and able to demonstrate a willingness to learn & progress. The Role... We are seeking a highly collaborative and organized Head of Music to support and execute the musical identity of Soho House across North America, while supporting LATAM Houses as needed. This role is responsible for the fast-paced booking, coordination, and management of a wide range of DJs, live acts, House playlists, and music programming initiatives across our Houses and key external events. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships within the music industry, experience working across multiple formats and timelines simultaneously, and the ability to adapt to the evolving operational and creative needs of the business. Working closely with local, regional, and global teams, this person will help bring Soho House’s global music taste and brand identity to life through collaboration, consistency, and thoughtful execution across a variety of member-facing experiences. Main Duties... * Talent Sourcing & Booking: Identify, source, and book DJs and live musicians for a variety of events both in and out of Soho House venues, ensuring a balance of emerging talent and established acts across multiple genres * Event Planning & Coordination: Lead the advancing of each music booking to ensure deal memos, tech/AV requirements, invoicing, on site operations are executed seamlessly from confirmation to the event date, collaborating closely with internal operational teams. * Music Programming: Curate diverse and innovative music programming, taking into consideration cultural moments, internal franchises, member preferences, seasonal trends, and the unique atmosphere of each venue. * Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, managers, and artists to ensure Soho House attracts high-quality talent. Negotiate contracts, fees, and performance terms. * Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Soho House when liaising with talent, venues, and external parties. * Market Research: Stay on top of current and emerging music trends, genres, and talent to ensure Soho House remains at the forefront of cultural relevance. * Collaboration: Work with other departments, including marketing, communications, and operations, to create a cohesive and engaging experience for members and guests. * Event Evaluation & Reporting: Review the success of music events and provide feedback on performance, member engagement, and overall experience * In House Playlists: Account managing the companies providing the inhouse playlists to ensure consistency and ability to adapt to one off briefs. * Talent Liaison: Attend key events such as all primary events, larger music moments and act as talent liaison for the duration. Requirements... * Minimum 10 years’ experience in music booking and talent management, with a focus on live music & DJ talent. * Strong network of industry contacts, including artists, agents, and managers. * A deep understanding of the current music landscape and emerging trends across multiple genres * Proven experience working in live music, we expect the candidate to come with a reputation within the industry. * Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings and events simultaneously. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * A passion for music and an understanding of the Soho House brand and its members. The Global Brand Relations Director will own and grow Soho House's relationships with its most valuable global brand partners, driving significant commercial revenue across private hire, bedrooms, travel, memberships, brand-owned experiences and events. This role will serve as the senior global lead for the company's top-spending corporate accounts, creating a world-class client experience while identifying new opportunities to deepen engagement and unlock revenue growth. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial instincts, unbeatable sales acumen, global relationship management expertise, and a deep understanding of culture, hospitality, luxury, and the way large-scale global brands work internally. Main Duties... Global Brand Partnership Leadership * Act as the senior global relationship lead for Soho House's top 50 highest-spending corporate partners. * Develop and execute strategic growth plans for each account to increase annual spend and partnership value. * Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across marketing, partnerships, events, communications, talent, and executive leadership teams. * Ensure Soho House remains the preferred hospitality, travel, events, and membership partner for key global brands. * Identify opportunities to expand partnerships across multiple Soho House business lines and regions. * Create bespoke partnership solutions that deliver mutual commercial and brand value. Revenue Growth & Commercial Performance * Own revenue targets across the global corporate partnerships portfolio. * Deliver a minimum 30% year-on-year growth in spend from top 50 brand partners. * Proactively identify and convert new revenue opportunities across: * Private hire and events * Bedrooms and group bookings * Lead negotiations on high-value commercial agreements and long-term corporate partnership contracts. * Develop pipeline visibility and forecasting across all major accounts. Cross-Functional Leadership * Partner closely with regional sales teams, private hire leaders, membership teams, operations leaders, and marketing partnerships teams. * Ensure alignment between global commercial priorities and local execution. * Create a consistent approach to managing strategic accounts across all regions. * Act as the central point of coordination for major global brand opportunities to drive towards ‘corporate partnerships’ with brands. * Drive collaboration between teams to maximise commercial outcomes and client satisfaction. Global Systems, Reporting & Performance Management * Partner with Digital, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to create a global framework for tracking brand activity and spend. * Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance across all Houses globally. * Establish clear KPIs for account growth, retention, client engagement, and revenue generation. * Provide regular (weekly) reporting and insights to executive leadership. * Use data and client insights to inform growth strategies and resource allocation. Client Experience & Service Excellence * Champion a best-in-class global client experience across every touchpoint. * Work closely with House General Managers, events teams and operational teams to ensure exceptional delivery of events and experiences for brands. * Ensure consistency of service standards across all locations. * Act as an escalation point for key partner relationships. * Continuously gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the partner experience. Executive Stakeholder Management * Build meaningful relationships between Soho House leadership and senior executives within partner organisations. * Facilitate introductions, networking opportunities, and strategic engagements. * Coordinate executive-level meetings, events, and relationship-building initiatives. * Create opportunities that strengthen long-term strategic corporate partnerships and increase commercial value. * Partner closely with the Global Revenue and Bedroom Director on key initiatives Strategic Development * Identify emerging industries, sectors, and brands that align with Soho House's cultural positioning. * Evaluate new partnership models and revenue streams. * Stay ahead of trends in hospitality, luxury, culture, entertainment, experiential marketing, and brand engagement. * Establish Soho House as one of the world's most sought-after hospitality and cultural partners for global brands. Must Haves Global Brand Relationships * Extensive experience managing global strategic accounts and multinational corporate brand partnerships. * Existing network of senior contacts across global brands, agencies, luxury, fashion, beauty, technology, entertainment, automotive, finance, and consumer sectors. * Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior marketing decision-makers internationally.
