We have global responsibility for the development and manufacture of cooling systems for Power Electronic applications and other applications that require cooling systems with high reliability and availability. Our cooling systems contribute to a safe and reliable operation where the customer and the environment are in focus. Take on an exciting challenge in a global company with focus on the development and manufacture of cooling system solutions for both power transmission and new exciting areas that are driven by the transformation into a fossil-free society.

Develop a vision for the product portfolio, aligned to the strategic objectives of the business

What You’ll OwnCategory Positioning & Narrative Define and refine PinMeTo’s AI-native category narrative. Own the positioning for Places AI and our integrated platform products. Translate technical capabilities (AI agents, LLMs) into clear, undeniable business value. Own the "Battlecards": Know our competitors better than they know themselves and clarify our differentiation. GTM & Launch Excellence Partner with Product Managers to build structured GTM playbooks for every launch. Partner with management to define pricing and packaging models that drive expansion. Measure what matters: Track pipeline impact, feature adoption, and expansion potential post-launch. Sales & CS Enablement Create the "Greatest Sales Deck" and ROI frameworks that make the value of PinMeTo obvious. Develop cross-sell and expansion narratives to help CS grow our footprint within existing brands. Lead training sessions for internal teams and pilot customers. Market Intelligence Conduct deep-dive win/loss analysis to understand why we win (and why we don't). Validate Product-Market Fit (PMF) before we scale new features. Be the "Voice of the Market" back to the Product team to influence the roadmap. Who You Are The Strategist: You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, specifically with technical or AI-driven products. The Storyteller: You can take a complex technical feature and turn it into a compelling narrative. Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders. The Executor: You are hands-on. Participate order clarification and coordinate order forecasts with internal teams (KC hub, Technical, Production, SuM, etc) to collaborate for delivery timelines and mitigate risks.. Organize and facilitate virtual meetings (e.g., product presentations, webinars) to educate internal stakeholders and customers on product features and updates.. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for product improvement or new feature development.. Assist Product Managers in analyzing market needs and trend, providing market insights and needs. Other sales support relevant We believe you have Bachelor’s degree and above ,in engineering, Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years’ experience in the fluid, dairy, beverage, or related processing industry, in Sales Support, Business Development. Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English; fluency required. Customer-centric ,strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems) and presentation software. Strategic thinking, adaptability, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
