WISI Norden är ett litet företag med runt 20 anställda som ingår i den större koncernen WISI Group. I Linköping utvecklar vi huvudcentraler för video- och TV-distribution. Våra produkter behandlar stora mängder data ute i stadsnät och anläggningar över hela världen. Vi möjliggör professionell TV-distribution genom olika teknologier såsom optik, radio, kryptering och komprimering.
I Linköping utvecklar vi både mjukvara och hårdvara. Vi är stolta över att vara delaktiga i hela design- och livscykeln för våra produkter!
WISI Norden förstärker nu sitt team i Linköping med en Technical Project Coordinator. I rollen får du ett centralt ansvar för att skapa struktur, samordna projekt och driva arbetet framåt i utvecklingsteamen. Du blir en viktig länk mellan teamen i Linköping, Tunisien, Tyskland och Vancouver, där du säkerställer att projekten följs upp, att information delas samt att teamen har rätt förutsättningar för att lyckas. Du kommer utgå från kontoret i Linköping men resor kan förekomma någon gång per år.
En stor del av rollen handlar om projektledning och koordinering. Du leder dagliga avstämningar med teamen, följer upp aktiviteter och ser till att projekten håller rätt riktning och tempo. Du kommer successivt ta ett större ansvar för egna projekt och initiativ. Parallellt kommer du jobba med programmering och olika utvecklingsprojekt här i Linköping.

För att trivas i rollen är det viktigt att du är en person som får energi av att samarbeta med människor från olika delar av världen, gillar att skapa struktur i komplexa sammanhang och drivs av att ständigt hitta förbättringar i arbetssätt och processer!
Till rollen som Technical Project Coordinator söker vi dig som har en teknisk bakgrund och vill utvecklas vidare i en bredare roll. Du har studerat på universitet- eller högskolenivå och har samlat på dig några års erfarenhet av programmering. Du lockas av att ta nästa kliv i en roll där du får användning av din förmåga att vara spindeln i nätet, samordna, koordinera och leda projekt. Om du har erfarenhet av en ledande och/eller koordinerande roll, så som Projektledare eller Scrum Master, ser vi det som starkt meriterande men inget krav.
Du är van vid att jobba strukturerat och att självständigt driva ditt arbete framåt. Du har en positiv inställning och är bra på att hitta kreativa lösningar. Vi tror också att du är social, nyfiken och duktig på att kommunicera med nya människor. Du tycker det är roligt att knyta kontakter och samarbeta med dina kollegor. Du är van vid att skifta mellan helhets- och detaljperspektiv.
Teknisk utbildning på högskolenivå, inriktning datateknik, systemvetenskap, innovativ programmering eller likvärdig
Några års erfarenhet av utveckling i C, C++ eller liknande språk
Flytande i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift

Customer Project Manager to NIRA Dynamics Lead international customer projects for some of the world's leading automotive manufacturers.
