The role
We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our new hub in Lisbon. You will be primarily responsible for
driving the recruitment of exceptional talent across our Product Development (PD) functions. This role requires a good
understanding of the PD talent market and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You
will also have the opportunity to support the wider Talent Acquisition team with hiring across other global locations.

Base salary range: € 24,000- € 36,000 (gross), (including 13th and 14th salary).
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer
competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (€ 24,000 - € 30,000) of the pay range
until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and
parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.

THE ROLE This role sits within the Financial Control team, who are responsible for the month-end close, preparation of financial accounts (to GL level,) and play a key role in the delivery of audits. Reporting into the Finance manager, you will be a newly / nearly qualified accountant with experience in delivering month-end activities such as accruals, prepayments, payroll and performing balance sheet reconciliations. WHAT EXCITES YOU * Preparing monthly journals such as accruals, prepayments, leases and payroll across all entities.
