At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single
purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved.
We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person,
step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time
supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.
The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to
double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now
the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.
Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team
includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll
work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.
Our Commercial Launchpad is Omnea's early-career GTM program designed to shape the world's best AI sellers. From week one, you own
a territory, work live deals, and drive real revenue. The program is structured to accelerate you into a closing role faster than
anywhere else — most people get there in 3–12 months depending on where they start.
We believe sales is a craft. Selling is building. Every person in this program is a direct driver of Omnea's growth — not a
support function.
Our goal is for you to start closing enterprise deals as quickly as possible. In this role you will:
pipeline from scratch
deals get closed against competitors 10x our size
buyers
the GM of your own market
company
We care about potential over pedigree — where you've been matters less than what you can do. Your starting point reflects the

01Health is at an inflection point. The platform is built, revenue is accelerating, and we are moving from a single-specialty company to a multi-vertical specialist healthcare platform - with AI as embedded clinical infrastructure. Our vision is to help all clinicians deliver the latest innovations in healthcare, improving the standard of care for millions of people. Backed by the investors behind Revolut, CityMapper, and Depop - we're scaling fast across the UK and beyond, and are looking for exceptional people to join us on our mission. What is happening at 01Health right now: Balderton-backed Series A company 90% of UK patients can reach an 01Health–affiliated clinic within 30 minutes All growth has been inbound, ~50% word of mouth 4.98★ customer rating from the dentists who use us Aerox (sleep) ready for national rollout to top-performing 01Partners, with a 300+ clinic waitlist US expansion live New verticals being tested and prototyped We are not searching for product–market fit anymore. We are ready to dominate the market, and to do it across multiple medical specialties, transforming lives in the process. The Role We're building a national network of Sleep Centres embedded within our partnered dental practices - and a patient growth engine that brings motivated patients straight to their door. You'll be one of the first voices those patients hear, and one of the main reasons they take the next step. That means owning the top of the patient funnel: responding to inbound leads quickly, having warm and purposeful conversations, and turning interest into booked appointments. It's high-volume and high-energy - but it's not a call centre. The people you're speaking to already want help with their sleep. Your job is to make sure they get it. You'll manage your pipeline in HubSpot, keeping things organised and moving at pace. You’ll also work directly with our clinical team and senior leadership, including our CEO - which means real visibility and a genuine hand in shaping how we grow. What you'll do Own the patient journey from first contact through to booked appointment. Lead fast, high-quality conversations that build trust and drive action. Keep your patient pipeline flowing - from new leads to follow-ups and re-engagements - making sure every opportunity counts and no opportunity slips through the cracks. Use AI tools to work faster and smarter: drafting outreach, surfacing follow-ups, and spotting patterns in what's converting. Contribute to experiments, messaging tests, and playbook development to continuously evolve how we convert interest into appointments. Closely monitor your results, identify opportunities for improvement and proactively propose strategies to increase conversions and contribute to the team’s success. Work embedded in a cross-functional pod alongside our Sleep, Clinical, AI, and Product teams - and directly with our CEO. Who you are This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and be part of building something from the ground up. You’re energised by talking to people and excel at making others feel heard, even when managing many conversations. You’re organised, persistent without being pushy, and combine genuine warmth with commercial drive. You’ll be a great fit if you are: People-focused: You listen carefully, build rapport easily, and can clearly explain processes, answer questions and engage potential prospects. Resilient and proactive: You stay positive when conversations don’t lead to immediate bookings and remain committed to helping patients find the right time to access care. Organised and accountable: You manage multiple patient conversations responsibly and make sure no one who needs support is overlooked. Collaborative: You work closely with clinicians and internal teams to ensure patients have a safe, smooth, and supportive experience. Curious and improvement-driven: You look for ways to improve how we communicate with patients and make it easier for them to access the care they need. Able to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Why you’ll love working here Real impact, every day - your work directly changes patient outcomes. You'll feel it, and so will the people whose care you're improving. 25 days holiday + your birthday off - because no one should work on their birthday! Outsized leverage and full ownership - real authority today, lasting impact tomorrow; what you build now shapes how this company operates at every stage after. Grow fast - backed by top VCs and built by the best; you'll be learning from some of the sharpest minds in health-tech every single day. Vitality Health cover - private medical insurance, because we take care of the people who take care of the business. Team Perks - enjoy regular team lunches, quarterly socials, and an annual company retreat. Hybrid working - we all come together three days a week, but the rest of the time, enjoy the flexibility to work from home or our Hoxton office.

We get money into our customers’ hands in minutes instead of days. We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes. JOIN US IF YOU WANT TO 1. Take ownership across a broad remit. You are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1 2. Work in small teams of exceptional people, who are relentlessly resourceful to solve problems and find smarter solutions than the status quo 3. Focused on Zable’s upcoming new products including car insurance and mobile, you’ll play a central role in go to market of these products on price comparison websites, building the partner relationships that drive customer acquisition, and delivering analytics to guide product development. You don't need a background in partnerships or financial services, we care far more about how you think, how numerical you are, and whether you're genuinely curious about problems. You'll combine data analysis with external relationship management, take real ownership from early on, and work closely with Product, Data and Credit teams to deliver results in a fast-moving launch environment. You’ll be embedded within the growth team and will work closely with different teams at Lendable while being trusted to drive growth initiatives and handle your own projects independently. Team objectives * We are responsible for the growth of all Lendable and Zable products, delivering projects via our price comparison site partnerships or directly into the market. * The team asks ‘where are new customers?’, ‘what can I improve with my current channels’ conversion?’, ‘what are competitors doing on marketplaces?’, ‘Am I risking negative selection?’, ‘what is the next product or innovation to develop?’, and ‘Are my unit economics working?’. WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON * You will own the launch of Zable car insurance and mobile on price comparison websites - from initial partner conversations through to integration, go live and on-going optimisation * Once live, take responsibility for channel performance: tracking volume, conversion and cost of acquisition at the partner level, identifying what’s driving changes and what to do about them * You will manage partner relationships across strategic and day-to-day activity, balancing focus on large strategic partners with incubating new exciting ideas and holding partners accountable to delivery milestones. * Prepare analysis to support commercial decisions: pulling the right data, forming a clear point of view, and presenting it in a way to keep moving forward * You will be trusted to negotiate customer acquisition costs and commissions with key partners, identifying areas for cost optimisations. * Work cross functionally with Product, Pricing, Data and Compliance to scope integrations, complete due diligence on new partners and drive projects forward * Keep track of what’s happening in mobile and insurance partner markets - new entrants, product changes, competitor moves - and bring those insights to internal discussions * The role progression includes gradually owning the full responsibility for strategy and execution of specific partner projects, marketing efforts or product enhancements that deliver business growth. YOUR EXPERIENCE * 2-3+ years’ experience in a commercial, consultancy, partnerships, analytical, business development, or account management role; ideally within financial services or a high-growth tech environment. * Highly numerate and analytical, proficient in manipulating and visualising data in AI-assisted SQL / Python, and using commercial modelling to inform decisions. * Strong communicator able to represent Lendable externally and build trusted relationships internally and externally. * Demonstrably uses AI tools to work better, whether that's automating repetitive tasks, speeding up analysis, improving written output, or finding faster routes to answers. We don't care which tools; we care that you've genuinely changed how you work because of them, not just experimented once or twice. * Outcome-driven and proactive: skilled at prioritising, independently driving projects, and managing work to deliver high-value results. * Comfortable contributing to a collaborative team, while thriving in a role where your individual performance and impact are directly visible. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE 6 MONTHS AFTER JOINING? * You’ve launched Zable non credit products on price comparison websites, and are starting to generate volume * Formed strong working relationships with all of our key partners, placing Zable as the partner of choice for all analytics or innovation collaborations. * You are assessing new partnership opportunities on a regular basis, have a clear view on the partner pipeline and are acting on ones that deliver tangible value to the business. * Ownership of the customer acquisition funnel at the individual partner level; identifying changes in funnel dynamics and attributing them at pace, sharing insights with Risk, Pricing and Product teams to inform wider acquisition strategy * First line ownership of due diligence checks and ongoing compliance monitoring of Lendable partners through dedicated diligence exercises and mystery shopping. INTERVIEW PROCESS * 30-min introductory call with Talent team * 15min cognitive test * 60min in-person case study exercise with Head of Partnerships * Final round (in-person or virtual): * Head of Partnerships * Commercial MD and Insurance or Mobile MDs LIFE AT LENDABLE * Winning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies * Flexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role. About Ultralytics: At Ultralytics, we commit to relentless innovation in the AI space and seek team members who resonate with our ambition to produce the world's best YOLO AI models. If you're obsessed with AI, eager to make an impact on the world, and thrive in dynamic, high-intensity environments, we invite you to apply for a position on our team. 🤝 COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATE 🌍 JOIN THE TEAM POWERING THE FUTURE OF VISION AI Hello, hola, 你好, こんにちは, नमस्ते, hallo, bonjour! Thanks for stopping by — we know your time is valuable, so here's what makes Ultralytics special. ⚡ WHO WE ARE At Ultralytics, we're on a mission to simplify AI for everyone. As the creators of the world's leading YOLO models, we empower millions of developers, researchers, and companies worldwide to build state-of-the-art computer vision applications. Following our $30M Series A round, we're expanding rapidly across our global hubs in London, Madrid, and Shenzhen. This is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling, high-performance team that's redefining the future of vision AI — where ambition meets impact, and ideas become reality. We move fast. We build boldly. We execute with purpose. And we do it together. 💼 ABOUT THE ROLE This isn't an SDR role. It's an apprenticeship designed to turn you into an elite seller. We don't hire people to book meetings and disappear. We hire Commercial Associates who own markets, build playbooks, and learn to close deals working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced sellers. You'll own two strategic vertical markets end-to-end — research the territory, identify key accounts, build relationships, generate pipeline, and develop the repeatable motion that makes those verticals ours. You'll be paired 1:1 with an Enterprise Account Executive who'll teach you how complex sales cycles actually move. This is for people who want to build something, own something, and become exceptional at commercial work. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Success, this role is based in our London office. 🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DO OWN YOUR MARKETS * Own vertical markets. You're the CEO of your territory. Research accounts, identify decision-makers, understand buying patterns, and figure out how to reach them. You'll design the motion and run it. * Generate qualified pipeline. Build account lists, run outbound campaigns, attend industry events, and create opportunities where none existed. Success is measured by pipeline generated and deals closed. * Lead on messaging. Develop the narrative that resonates in your verticals. You're building the script, not executing someone else's. WORK DEALS & BUILD THE PLAYBOOK * Work deals alongside an Enterprise AE. Shadow their calls, see how they navigate complex organizations, and eventually lead discovery, presentations, and parts of the sales process yourself. * Build the playbook. Document what works. Turn your territory knowledge into a repeatable motion that scales. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE * 3 months: Deep understanding of your verticals, consistent outbound motion running, shadowing your paired AE on deals. * 6 months: Qualified pipeline generated, leading discovery calls, contributing meaningfully to deals. * 9 months: Verticals producing consistent pipeline, leading full discovery independently, closing smaller deals. * 12 months: Promotion-ready with proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals. 🧠 SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE CORE REQUIREMENTS * Commercially sharp. You understand how businesses buy and how deals get done. You can have a commercial conversation with a VP without reading a script. * Relentlessly curious. You want to understand why buyers make decisions and what separates deals that close from deals that stall. * Willing to do the work. Cold calls, personalized outreach, attending events, documenting learnings — this requires discipline and consistency. * Determined to learn to close. You're here to become a great seller by working alongside people who've done it before. * Operate like a founder. You take ownership, make decisions without waiting for permission, and iterate quickly. * Technical enough. You don't need to code, but you need to understand how AI and computer vision solve real business problems. NICE TO HAVE * Prior commercial or sales experience — internships, entrepreneurial ventures, or customer-facing roles count. * Existing knowledge of a specific vertical (manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, security, etc.). * Familiarity with AI, computer vision, or developer tooling. * Experience with outbound tooling — Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar. 🌟 CULTURAL FIT At Ultralytics, we set bold goals and execute with speed, precision, and teamwork. We're driven by hard work, ambition, and resilience — building fast, learning constantly, and delivering measurable impact. You'll thrive here if you: * Take ownership and deliver results with focus and accountability. * Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. * Value excellence, grit, and creativity in equal measure. * See collaboration as the foundation for meaningful progress. Our culture is built around our core values: * Relentless progress: Constant evolution and improvement. * Strive for excellence: Perseverance and attention to detail. * Actions, not words: Focus on delivering meaningful results. * Act with urgency: Seize fleeting opportunities. * Open access to all: Transparent communication and collaboration. 💰 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS We reward excellence and impact — not just tenure or title. * Competitive base + variable: Tied to pipeline generated and closed deals sourced. * Equity packages: We want our success to be yours too. * Fast progression: Commercial Associate → Mid-Market Account Executive within 12 months for strong performers. Two of our three current mid-market AEs started in entry-level roles. * On-site collaboration: Work with experienced sellers in our London hub. * Flexible working hours: We value results over routines. * Generous time off: 24 vacation days, your birthday off, plus local holidays. * Tech & tools: Work on cutting-edge AI projects that power millions of devices. * Gear: Brand-new Apple MacBook Air/Pro, Apple Studio Display, and AirPods Pro 3. * Learning & development: Dedicated budget for personal and professional growth. 👉 Check out ultralytics.com/careers for more about our culture, values, and teams. 🌎 WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK We believe great work happens where passion meets purpose. * This role is based in our London hub on a hybrid basis. * Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the UK. We're an in-office team that values daily collaboration, energy, and connection. Being together helps us move faster, learn from one another, and celebrate wins as they happen. 🚀 WHY JOIN US We're not just building models — we're building the ecosystem powering the future of vision AI. * Real ownership. You own two verticals end-to-end. You're measured by whether you win the market. * Apprenticeship model. Work 1:1 with an Enterprise AE closing large, complex deals. Learn by doing. * Product-market fit. YOLO is the most popular computer vision model in the world. Your job is to channel that demand into revenue. * Elite team. Work alongside experienced sellers who've built and scaled commercial teams. If you're ready to build, move fast, and make an impact — this is your moment. What we offer: Cutting-Edge, Next-Generation AI Computer Vision Technology: Contribute to building cutting-edge computer vision AI models based on the YOLO framework. Impactful Work: Shape the future of AI-powered solutions that transform industries. Collaborative Culture: Join a talented and passionate team that values open communication and innovation.
