Humaans is building the next generation of infrastructure for the workplace; software designed for companies that are scaling
fast, operating globally, and pushing into new boundaries.
What started as a system of record has evolved into a broader platform for operating people globally. With Athena, our agentic AI
layer, Humaans moves beyond data management into intelligent orchestration, connecting workflows across HR, IT, Finance, and
Operations so organisations can act faster and with greater confidence, redefining how work gets done.
We work with ambitious teams across Europe and the US, from AI-native companies like Lovable, Poolside, Fyxer AI, and Tandem
Health, to established, high-growth organisations scaling internationally and through acquisition, including Quantexa, Sellpy,
Manychat, Gigs, Croud, and Threecolts. These teams don’t buy software for features, they buy leverage. The ability to run faster,
cleaner, and with more control as complexity compounds.
To date, we’ve raised $20m in venture funding from some of the most respected founders, operators, and funds in technology: Lachy
Groom (Physical Intelligence), Stewart Butterfield (Slack), Tobias Lütke (Shopify), Dylan Field (Figma), Jeff Weiner (LinkedIn),
Claire Johnson (Stripe), Oliver Jay (OpenAI), Jay Simmons (Bond) as well as Y Combinator, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, Pathlight
Ventures, and Exor.
If you have massive ambition and want to work on a hard problem, with a small team that moves fast, at a moment when the category
is genuinely up for grabs - this is it.
Revenue teams used to scale by adding people. Now they scale by building systems. We're looking for a GTM Engineer to own the
infrastructure behind how Humaans finds, engages, and converts customers, turning our go-to-market strategy into automated systems
that run at scale.
This is a builder role, not a reporting role. You'll sit between RevOps, Sales, and Marketing and own the connective tissue: the
data pipelines, enrichment workflows, signal detection, lead scoring, routing, AI agents, and outbound infrastructure that decide
which accounts we pursue, what we know about them, and what happens next. When a process is manual, slow, or rep-dependent, you
replace it with a system. Your output scales non-linearly, because the system does the work, not the headcount.
Our GTM stack runs on HubSpot as the system of record, with Clay as the orchestration layer wiring together dozens of data
providers, enrichment sources, AI models, and our own internal tools into automated workflows. You'll have dozens of tools at your
disposal to build with, from enrichment and outbound platforms to call intelligence, AI coding tools, and our own internal
tooling, plus the latitude to add new ones when they earn their place. We obsess over clean data and reliable systems, and we move
fast by building on high quality foundations rather than stacking fragile workarounds.

Many of the best GTM Engineers come from SDR, RevOps, growth, or product backgrounds. If you've been the person quietly wiring
Clay into your CRM and automating your own pipeline, this is the role for that instinct.
This is an in-person role. Our GTM team comes together in the office Monday through Thursday, while most of the team collaborates
in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Early stage startups can be messy – we know that. We're putting effort in providing you with the best employee experience and a
quality driven environment in exchange for trusting us.
HR tech is having its AI moment and we’re positioned to own it. Humaans started as a next-gen HRIS taking on large incumbents in a
massive market. We’ve since evolved into something even bigger: an AI platform that sits across workforce data and automates the
operational layer of HR entirely; the natural progression of what we’ve been building toward.
The product is highly differentiated. It’s built around a structured workforce data model that makes AI reliable in an HR context,
something no one else has gotten right. Customers notice the difference immediately.
We’re backed by Y Combinator, Lachy Groom, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, and operators who’ve built some of the most consequential
software companies of the last decade: the founders of Slack, Figma, and Shopify, and Asana’s former CRO and Head of OpenAI
International.
We’re a small team with an unapologetically high bar. It shows up in the product, in how we communicate, and in the standards we
hold each other to.
At Humaans we’re looking for genuinely good people that are transparent and emphatic. We’re committed to providing equal
opportunities, a diverse and inclusive work environment, and ensuring a fair interview process for everyone. You’re welcome to
apply no matter your gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, civil or family status, age, disability, or race.
We care about your privacy. When you apply for a role at Humaans, we’ll collect and process your personal data as part of our
recruitment process. This includes things like your CV, contact details, and any other information you choose to share. We may
also contact you about future opportunities. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. For more details, see our Privacy
Policy.
OUR MISSION We're not your average benefits platform – we're the driving force that uplifts people's lives. Our technology connects the entire benefits ecosystem, creating better outcomes for employers, employees, brokers, and providers. Our mission is clear: to build a world where everything works at its best, ensuring every employee gets the support they need to thrive, both at work and beyond. YOUR MISSION As our GTM Engineer, you will build the machine the business runs on. You sit with the people who run growth (demand gen, marketing, sales), get what they're trying to do, and design the systems, agents and automations that make it happen, so work that used to be manual just runs. You think holistically, not tool by tool: how data moves between systems, where the manual toil and errors are, what to automate and what still needs a human in the loop. THINGS YOU WILL BE WORKING ON... * Architecting the Growth Engine: design how the GTM stack fits together (CRM, the warehouse, the tools around them) and build the automations that connect it, so the machine runs instead of people copy-pasting between tools * Putting Agents to Work: design and ship the agent stack for growth, prospecting, intent-to-action, enrichment, routing, with the guardrails to keep it safe. Pick the right tools (HubSpot, n8n, Make, Claude, APIs) and know when to let an agent run and when to keep a human in the loop * Measuring and Improving the Funnel: build the data pipelines that feed growth, the enrichment and buying signals that tell us who to target and when. Then watch the numbers: track conversion at each stage, find where pipeline leaks, and ship the fix. Prove the revenue impact, don't assume it * Making the Handoffs Disappear: build the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and CS so the baton passes cleanly, without anyone translating by hand * Keeping the Machine Running: maintain, monitor, and improve what you build rather than shipping it and walking away. SQL to interrogate the warehouse, dashboards that update themselves, the odd PR when the job needs it YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU/HAVE... * A builder first mentality: you’ve built real systems and automations that other people rely on, and you can show us what you've shipped * Fluency with automation platforms and APIs: You wire tools together yourself rather than waiting for someone else to, using tooling like n8n, Make, Zapier etc. * You understand code and systems: you can read code, ship a small PR, and get to a working solution with the tools available. You don't need to be a software engineer, and this isn't an engineering role — but "I don't touch code" won't work here. * Strong data skills: you can interrogate a data warehouse and trust your own numbers. * Depth in a modern GTM stack and CRM: you've designed and built on systems like HubSpot, or AI-native CRM's like Attio * You've worked inside a GTM function: sales, marketing, RevOps, CS — long enough to know the motion from the inside: how leads become pipeline, where reps lose time, why a rep distrusts a lead score WHY JOIN US? This is an opportunity to build a go-to-market engine from AI-first principles, with the freedom to design it the way it should work, rather than inherit someone else's setup. You'll own it end to end, with the budget, the autonomy to make the calls, and a direct line to the founders in our Transformation tribe. You'll spend your time pushing the frontier of what's possible, rather than persuading anyone it matters, and every system you build gives the team back time for the work that moves us forward. OUR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS It’s important to us to practise what we preach when it comes to our benefits. We know what good looks like and we want to provide the best for our team, with a comprehensive and inclusive benefits package. This means you have a choice over the things that are most important to you. You can see a selection below, along with the full offering here. 💰 Competitive base salary + equity, so you own what you build 💳 £100 monthly personal Ben Balance: for whatever works for you, whether that's Netflix, Spotify, or a really expensive cup of coffee! This allowance will increase by £50 for each year of service until you reach £250 🍔 Weekly lunch provided in office so you can spend quality time with the team over some tasty food! 🏖 28 days of holidays a year plus bank holidays, and an option to buy or sell 5 days per year. Also, your holiday entitlement will increase to 30 days at your 3rd year of service! 🌴 Work-from-abroad scheme, so you can support your travels, enjoy an extended holiday, or visit loved ones. 🍼 Enhanced parental leave and workplace nursery scheme to support with the cost of childcare in a nursery setting ❤️ Comprehensive Private Medical Insurance 💌 Funded Life Assurance cover with the option to voluntarily increase - this also includes an annual health check 🧠 Comprehensive and tailored mental health support and professional coaching through a leading provider DIVERSITY AND CULTURE AT BEN We are organically growing a brilliantly diverse, inclusive and respectful bunch of people we are extremely proud of. About us: Causaly is redefining how humans acquire knowledge and develop insights in biomedicine. Our AI-powered platform enables researchers and decision-makers to discover and interpret evidence from millions of scientific publications, clinical trials, regulatory documents, and other complex data sources in minutes. We are building the world’s most advanced biomedical knowledge platform, powered by a high-precision Knowledge Graph and GenAI capabilities. Our technology is already used by leading biopharmaceutical organizations to accelerate drug discovery, improve safety, and drive better decision-making. Backed by top-tier investors including ICONIQ, Index Ventures, Pentech, and Marathon, we are scaling rapidly and expanding our product suite and market presence. We are looking for a highly proactive, technically curious GTM Engineer/RevOps Manager to help us build and evolve a modern, AI-native go-to-market engine at Causaly. This is not a traditional RevOps role. We are not looking for someone to “run HubSpot” or maintain existing processes. Instead, we want a builder: someone who moves fast, experiments, automates aggressively, and is excited to wire together tools, data, and workflows that directly support revenue teams. HubSpot will be your starting point, but not your end state. Over time, this role will extend across enrichment, outbound automation, AI tooling, and the broader GTM technology stack. This role is ideal for someone highly analytical who is hungry to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by shipping improvements quickly rather than designing perfect systems upfront. What You Will Do: Build and Own GTM Systems * Own HubSpot as our core GTM system, including pipelines, properties, workflows, routing, sequences, and reporting. * Improve data quality and reliability through automation, validation, and enrichment. * Continuously simplify and refactor GTM processes as the business scales. Design Automation and Run AI-native Systems * Design and implement event-based and trigger-based workflows (e.g. funding events, org changes, intent signals). * Build and iterate on enrichment and outbound workflows using tools such as Clay and similar platforms. * Reduce manual work across Sales, Marketing, and CS through aggressive automation. Own Data Flows and Visibility * Own data flow and synchronisation across the GTM stack, ensuring systems stay aligned and reliable. * Build dashboards and monitoring to surface pipeline health, activity, and data quality issues. * Proactively identify and fix breakpoints in GTM workflows before they impact teams. Operate with Speed and Ownership * Identify GTM friction points and fix them without waiting for perfect requirements. * Move quickly from idea to implementation, prioritising velocity and impact over perfection. * Take full ownership of outcomes, not just inputs. Partner with GTM Teams * Work closely with Sales (including the SVP of Sales), Marketing, and Customer Success to understand real commercial needs. * Translate GTM problems into technical solutions and ship improvements quickly. * Document systems and workflows so they scale beyond the individual. What We Are Looking For: This role prioritises mindset and execution ability over seniority. You are likely a strong fit if you: * Have 3-7 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Growth Ops, Business Systems, or a similar role. * Are hands-on with HubSpot (or another CRM) and enjoy building workflows and automation. * Are technically curious and comfortable learning new tools quickly. * Have experience wiring systems together using APIs, webhooks, or no/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, etc.). * Move fast, ship work, and learn by doing. * Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and do not need everything clearly defined upfront. * Take initiative naturally and do not wait to be told what to do next. Nice to Have (Not Required) * Experience with enrichment or outbound tools (Clay, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.). * Comfort working with CSVs, basic scripting, or data transformations. * Interest in AI-driven workflows and automation applied to GTM. * Exposure to B2B SaaS or complex GTM environments * Experience Storytelling - taking reports and data to share insights, signals and trends with the cross functional GTM, Marketing and Product teams. We are on a mission to accelerate scientific breakthroughs for ALL humankind, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and fairly consider qualified candidates without regard to race, ethnic or national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, neurodiversity, genetics, age, religion or belief, marital/civil partnership status, domestic / family status, veteran status or any other difference.
