of Channel Partnerships to join our global team.
Reporting to the Managing Director – Global Growth, the Head of Channel Partnerships will lead Sonata One's global channel
partnership strategy and CRM function, driving commercial growth through the development of strategic relationships across the
private markets ecosystem.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Sonata One at a pivotal stage in our growth journey as we invest significantly in building
a world-class commercial organisation. You will play a key role in shaping our partnerships strategy, leading a growing
CRM team and helping expand Sonata One's presence across the global private markets industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing strategic partnerships that generate new
commercial opportunities, strengthen long-term client relationships and expand Sonata One's market presence. Working closely with
the New Business team, Marketing, Product, Technology and Operations, you will help deliver Sonata One's ambitious commercial
growth strategy while ensuring our partner ecosystem continues to create value for clients around the world.

The Role: We have already cracked our offering to individual clinicians - this is the foundation of 01Health, and is the reason why we have such great product market fit. This year, we have started to ramp up our Partnerships proposition - the commercial & tooling suite that activates dental groups and enables us to onboard multiple practices at once. As Head of Partnerships, you will set strategy, manage the team and be responsible for all revenue generated through Enterprise (ENT) and Mid-Market (MM) partnerships. You will be accountable for the health of the Partnerships pipeline, the performance of live contracts and the refinement of the holistic Partnerships proposition (including via integration of new verticals, input into our product roadmap, etc.). You'll sit at the Commercial leadership table, define what gold-standard commercial leadership looks like, and set the direction for one the fastest growing area of the business. What You Will Do: Set ENT and MM strategy: Define ICPs, pricing tiers, segmentation, exclusivity rules target prospect approaches, etc. Own the Enterprise playbook end-to-end Own the partnership P&L: Responsible for Partnerships ACV signed, actual vs. committed revenue in live partnerships, LTV per signed partner, etc. Run the Enterprise team: Set targets, run weekly pipeline reviews, hire and performance manage the team, etc. Run forecast motion: Build accountability around pipeline coverage, weighted forecasts, deal-stage hygiene, LT-level reporting, etc. Integrate cross-vertical proposition: Work with other teams to integrate new verticals into Enterprise proposition and help launch multi-vertical offerings Be the senior stakeholder for top-tier prospects: Own C-suite relationships in partners, lead high-level pitches, and run final-stage contract negotiations. What We Are Looking For: You know what great looks like - because you've built it. 10+ years commercial experience, including 5+ years of managing teams of 5 or more Operated at a Series A-B company & helped scale a Sales org post-Series A Personally owned and delivered against significant annual revenue targets with full accountability Deep experience with Enterprise at scale: large customers with annual contracts of £250,000+ Proven experience of turning own data analysis into tangible strategic actions A pro-active, independent problem solvers who thrives in high-ownership environments where the playbook is still being written Able to commute into our Hoxton office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The Role The Core dentist base is the foundation of 01Health - the steady-state engine that powers everything we build. As Head of Sales, you'll own it completely: revenue, activation, retention, and order frequency. You'll sit at the Commercial leadership table, define what gold-standard commercial leadership looks like, and turn a proven model into the growth that doesn’t stop. What You Will Do Own the number: Full accountability for total Sales revenue. You set the pace, deliver weekly order volume vs. budget, and hold yourself and the team to ambitious targets Define the playbook: Build and embed differentiated commercial approaches for differing provider segments - creating the clarity, ownership, and handovers that turn good teams into great ones. Drive with data: Translate funnel analytics and customer segmentation into concrete strategy - and then execute Build the machine: Hire, onboard, and performance-manage a world-class team. THE ROLE: We are seeking a Head of Sales – Betting & Gaming media to drive direct commercial relationships with iGaming operators, sportsbooks across Europe plus their agencies (if applicable) and manage a small team of new business sales representatives. This is a senior, hunter-led role with management responsibility, focused on driving new business growth and owning the full revenue cycle, senior client relationships, and the closure of complex, high-value programmatic deals. This role requires deep programmatic expertise, strong understanding of sportsbook and iGaming marketing objectives, and the ability to translate live sports data, audience intelligence, and Deal ID-led buying into measurable commercial outcomes. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own and grow direct programmatic revenue across Tier 1 and Tier 2 sportsbooks and iGaming operators in Europe, selling both managed service programmatic solutions and Deal ID-based buying. * Act as the senior commercial relationship owner with relevant C-level, Director, and Head-of-Marketing stakeholders on the operator side. * Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to yours and your team’s new business revenue goals, priority targeted operators, key sports, their season calendars, and in-game signals. * Own and execute end-to-end sales cycles across display, digital video CTV, in-app, and DOOH, from strategy through to deal execution. * Sell and activate managed service programmatic campaigns and Deal ID-based buying to operators and, where applicable, their internal programmatic media trading teams, leveraging the benefits of using Genius Sports’ proprietary data and real-time sports signals for their Programmatic media activations. * Partner closely with Genius’s Product, Trading, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to shape betting and gaming-specific advertiser solutions. * Own yours and your teams pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue performance through Salesforce, with a focus on deal quality and scalable growth. * Stay ahead of European betting and gaming market dynamics, including regulatory considerations and competitive offerings. * Represent Genius Sports at key industry events, client forums, and executive-level meetings. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: * 7+ years of experience in digital and programmatic advertising sales, with 3+ years specifically selling media services to Sportsbooks and iGaming operators. * Previous experience managing a sales team while maintaining accountability for both personal sales targets and overall team performance against revenue goals. * Proven success selling programmatic media solutions directly to Sportsbook and iGaming operators. * Strong understanding of managed service programmatic models, DSPs, PMPs, PG, Deal IDs, audience targeting, in-app environments, and programmatic buying workflows. * Demonstrated ability to sell performance-driven media tied to measurable outcomes such as acquisition, reactivation, retention, and lifetime value. * Experience owning complex, enterprise-level sales cycles from initial strategy through to close. * Strong commercial acumen with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting. * Ability to build trusted, senior-level relationships with operator-side stakeholders (CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Growth, Digital etc). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial, self-directed approach, focused on new business and building scalable growth.
