Fresha is the world’s leading marketplace for beauty and wellness, and we’re on an exciting growth journey. With performance marketing now fully in-house, we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Performance Marketing to lead our global acquisition strategy across B2B and B2C.
You’ll own our paid search and paid social strategy, managing a growing in-house team to drive scalable, data-driven growth. Working closely with Marketing, Data, Design, and Commercial teams, you’ll optimise spend, creative, and funnel performance to maximise ROI and lifetime value across key markets.

This is a high impact leadership role responsible for connecting strategy to execution, ensuring our marketing organisation is focused, efficient, and set up to deliver outstanding results. You'll lead planning cycles, own the marketing budget, drive performance visibility, and build the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that enable best in class marketing across key seasonal moments and everyday campaigns. Working closely with teams across Brand, Campaigns, PR, Social, Performance Marketing, CRM, Creative, Analytics and Research, you'll help shape how marketing operates at scale while ensuring every decision is informed by insight, performance, and commercial impact. This role is based in our London Farringdon office, on a hybrid basis (2 days a week)
