Do you enjoy working across product design, tech and commercial to bring these solutions to life? Are you self motivated, able to take responsibility for scoping out, communicating and delivering feature builds and optimizations to software solutions in the Fintech space? We’re looking for proactive and committed team members who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment to join our growing product team. We are looking for a Graduate Product Analyst with at least a year’s work experience to support our team on creating exciting new products and features from inception to release. You should have a strong willingness to learn and evolve quickly, adapting to challenges with grace. You flex between innovative thinking, navigating constraints and free exploration. You recognise that experimenting with ideas is critical to generating more confidence. You value outcomes over outputs but understand that truly impactful outcomes only arise from shipping ideas thoughtfully and frequently. What you’ll be doing: * Designing and shaping products tailored towards sophisticated private equity and asset management customers * Developing a deep understanding of client use cases to deliver creative and thoughtful solutions * Identifying opportunities for growth across new product areas, technologies and industry trends * Navigating complex problem spaces while balancing internal and external considerations * Collaborating across teams while staying on top of shifting priorities * Making recommendations based on the measured success of your experiments * Quality Assurance testing new features or product upgrades before they are released into production * Helping guide a world-class engineering team with a proven track record of delivery If this sounds like what you’d love to be doing, we can’t wait to hear from you! This is a hands-on, builder-style role for someone who thinks in experiments, writes code daily, and is as comfortable building a prototype evaluation framework as they are presenting findings to a product lead. The role is technical at its core: you’ll be writing SQL and Python to dig into enrichment performance, building evaluation pipelines to test AI-driven approaches, and prototyping experiments that push the accuracy of our transaction intelligence forward. At the same time, this isn’t a data science role — you’ll be expected to prioritise ruthlessly, move fast, and care about outcomes, not just model performance. The AI tribeThe AI Tribe sits at the heart of how Zopa turns data into intelligent products. We build and evolve the capabilities that transform raw transaction data, Open Banking data, and other behavioural signals into reliable, structured intelligence. A core focus of the tribe is transaction intelligence — how raw transaction data is enriched, categorised, structured, and made usable across the business. This includes merchant and category enrichment, data quality and consistency, and ensuring transaction data integrates cleanly into our broader data models and customer-facing products. We are looking for a Technical Product Analyst to help shape and scale our platform, infrastructure, and integration capabilities from discovery through delivery. In this role, you will work at the intersection of platform architecture, integrations, and product development, helping ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and able to support increasingly sophisticated customer needs. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams to design scalable platform capabilities, support complex integrations with customer systems, and continuously improve platform performance, reliability, and security. You are comfortable navigating complex technical environments and balancing innovative thinking with real-world architectural, infrastructure, and security constraints. You approach problems with structure and curiosity, using data and experimentation to inform decisions and improve platform capabilities over time.
