At Figma, our Solutions Consulting team bridges technical expertise with business context to help customers realize what’s
possible with our platform. As a Solutions Consultant supporting enterprise accounts, you’ll partner with Sales and
cross-functional teams to craft and deliver consultative strategies that showcase Figma’s value. You’ll lead technical
discussions, demos, and solution design to help customers achieve their goals and transform how they build products, playing a key
role in driving revenue and growth as Figma continues to innovate.

At Figma, our Solutions Consulting team plays a meaningful role in crafting strategic solutions alignment and driving revenue growth—bridging deep technical expertise with business context and painting the vision of what’s technically possible. The Manager, Solutions Consultant role will manage a team supporting UK/I & Nordic Strategic, Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts, marrying technical depth with strong storytelling to bring Figma’s platform to life for some of the most influential enterprises in the region. As a cross-functional leader, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Support teams to drive consultative strategies that unlock customer value and accelerate growth. The role We are looking to hire a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our Commercial team in London. This is a full time office-based role out of our London office. This role leads the pre-sales technical and solutioning workstream on our largest enterprise opportunities. Working alongside Enterprise Account Directors, you will qualify, scope, design and close API and data-integration deals at $1m+ multi-year contract value, covering both new logos and expansion within existing accounts. This is a hybrid technical and consultative sales role. You will run discovery sessions with senior stakeholders across design, consumer insight, buying and merchandising, as well as Chief Digital, Innovation and Data Officers shaping the AI agenda. You will then translate those conversations into commercial propositions.
