We are looking for tenacious, animal-loving sales representatives to join our high performing sales team on a fixed term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to earn uncapped commission whilst helping pet pawrents discover food that makes their cats and dogs thrive! We offer a genuinely supportive working environment and want driven individuals who match our passion and ethos. Top performers in the role are currently earning £85,000+ Per Annum. The best part? This is a You'll be contracted to work 16 day shifts per month until December 22nd— giving you more time for life, while still building a brilliant, high-earning career. In this role, you'll represent Butternut Box at face-to-face selling opportunities across London and the South East of England. Activations include shopping centres, food festivals, county shows, Christmas markets, exhibitions, dog shows and more. Please note that the intended end date for this role is 22nd December 2026. 🚀 A bit more about the job: * You’ll be attending events selling Butternut Box across the region, stopping potential customers and pitching our offering to them * The majority of locations will be within 90 minutes of London. Any travel outside of 1 hour, mileage will be paid. ABOUT THE ROLE As the CRM & Loyalty Lead / Head of CRM, you will take ownership of our CRM function from day one. You'll oversee lifecycle marketing, newsletters and loyalty campaigns across both consumer and business segments, utilizing multiple channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Reporting directly to the founders and executive team, you'll collaborate with the Partnerships team on high-profile campaigns tied to prestigious events such as Royal Ascot and Henley Regatta. You'll also work closely with the Product team on technical integrations to enhance user experiences. Our core marketing stack features Braze as the primary platform for execution, alongside Metabase for data insights. For someone who brings strong strategic capability and proven proficiency in Braze, you may be considered for a Head of CRM appointment from the outset. Otherwise, starting at Lead level, this role offers a clear progression path, with the potential to advance into a Head of CRM position within 12-18 months, based on performance and impact. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and lead CRM strategy and execution for lifecycle, partnership, and product initiatives, partnering cross-functionally to plan and deliver campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels. * Drive continuous improvement of business and channel-specific KPIs (conversions, churn, etc.), maintaining a clear optimization roadmap and documenting best practices. * Identify and integrate opportunities from product/city launches and key event moments into lifecycle programs, leveraging automation, personalization, advanced segmentation, and testing roadmaps (including A/B and multivariate experiments). * Collaborate with Analytics, Product/Growth, Partnerships, Design, and Engineering teams on email strategy, technical integrations, and product enhancements. REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM campaign management. * Extensive experience with customer engagement and marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable or similar. * Proven expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, including experiment design, execution, and post-campaign analysis to inform optimizations. * Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to independently pull and analyze segmentation, engagement, and performance metrics. * Proficiency in basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting and templating languages for personalization. About the Role As a Marketing Events Manager 3, you will lead the strategy, planning, execution and optimisation of global third-party and company-owned events that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue and strengthen brand authority. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Programmes (Events), this role operates with significant autonomy and contributes directly to regional and global marketing strategy. This is not a purely executional position; it requires strong commercial judgement, cross-functional leadership and a clear focus on measurable business impact. You will own the strategic development of Behavox’s event portfolio by researching, evaluating and prioritising industry conferences and sponsorship opportunities aligned to our ideal customer profile and revenue objectives. You will build and manage annual and quarterly event roadmaps tied to pipeline targets, while forecasting and controlling budgets to ensure maximum return on investment. In addition to third-party events, you will design and scale company owned experiences, including executive roundtables, client forums and flagship gatherings. These initiatives will strengthen customer engagement, elevate brand perception and create differentiated market positioning. You will be responsible for building scalable playbooks that ensure repeatable success across regions. This role also serves as a central connector across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and Leadership. You will align messaging, coordinate activation strategies, manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless execution from pre-event planning through to post-event follow-up. Establishing clear success metrics - including meetings secured, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence and revenue attribution - will be critical, as will continuously analysing performance data to refine and optimise strategy. Global travel will be required as necessary to support high-impact initiatives. What You'll Bring * Global B2B event planning and execution within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or high-growth technology environments. * Revenue marketing strategy, including pipeline generation, acceleration, and attribution modelling. * Event operations management, including logistics planning, vendor oversight, and risk mitigation. * Commercial contract negotiation, budget forecasting, and financial management for multi-region initiatives. * Cross-functional stakeholder management within complex, matrixed organisations. What You'll Do * Independently plans and delivers complex global events end-to-end within a team structure, managing timelines, logistics, vendors, and stakeholders. * Develops and executes event strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue targets, ensuring measurable ROI. * Negotiates and manages event and vendor contracts while maintaining budget control and cost efficiency. * Designs and implements structured activation plans (pre-event, on-site, post-event) to maximise pipeline creation and acceleration. * Produces detailed performance reporting and post-event analysis to continuously optimise strategy and execution.
