As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the attraction and hiring of top talent.  Your Future Role at QRT * Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. * Act as the main point of contact between candidates, interviewers and hiring teams, resolving scheduling challenges and keeping processes on track. * Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS. * Deliver a professional, responsive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process. * Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates at every stage. * Represent QRT at university events and careers fairs where required. * Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects. Your Present Skillset * Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 0–2 years' experience in recruitment coordination, operations, administration, events, or a similar stakeholder-facing role. * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help drive hiring for quantitative research and trading roles across Europe. This role plays a key part in supporting QRT’s continued growth by securing top-tier talent and reinforcing our local presence. Your Future Role at QRT • Drive and execute QRT’s recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain high calibre quant research and trading talent for our European offices • Leverage your existing network across Europe and proactively source candidates through direct outreach, talent mapping, and referrals • Collaborate with trusted external recruitment partners and agencies to ensure consistent pipeline flow and meet headcount targets • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle via our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring a high-touch, seamless candidate experience at every stage • Bring hiring intelligence and market insights to the table - tracking trends, benchmarking competitors, and advising stakeholders Your present skillset • 5+ years of experience recruiting in quantitative finance, trading, or investment roles – either in-house or at a leading search firm • A strong, active network of talent across Europe, and a proven ability to build and sustain candidate relationships over time • Track record of successful collaboration with external agencies  • Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms, especially Greenhouse and LinkedIn • Data-driven mindset, you use metrics, hiring funnel data, and market benchmarks to inform decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Organized, resourceful, you are able to juggle multiple searches with speed and precision • Self-starter and curious, you like working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment QRT is an equal opportunity employer. Your future role within QRT * Your core objective is to manage the full recruitment cycle for our intern and graduate positions, taking responsibility for the end-to-end candidate experience * Develop and maintain strong relationships with top universities and relevant student groups * Plan and lead campus events for students including giving company presentations, attending career events, hosting in-house days and managing interview days * You will use your creativity and critical eye to constantly evaluate how we can improve and expand our activities and branding to make sure we reach the right talent * As a super-user of our recruitment platform, you will efficiently manage the full recruitment cycle and guide candidates throughout the process, leaving all applicants with a positive experience * You will work together with our Campus Team to deliver a global internship/graduate recruitment programme, increasing the presence of QRT at campus and industry events Your present skillset * 3-7 years’ experience recruiting within the technology/investment management/fintech sector - in-house campus recruitment experience is preferred * Experience working with social media and recruitment platforms, specifically Greenhouse and LinkedIn * Significant experience using candidate and market data to drive decision-making in the hiring process * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required) and Mandarin (required) to liaise with stakeholders, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels * Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through to successful completion of tasks * Collaborative, critical thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving mindset * Ability to work in a high-performance, high-velocity, evolving environment QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
