Your Future Role at QRT * Your core objective is to support the full recruitment cycle for our intern and graduate positions across Research and Trading. * Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process while guiding candidates throughout each stage to ensure a positive candidate experience. * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers to support effective hiring decisions. * Plan, coordinate, and attend campus-based activities, including in-house days and interview days for students. * Collaborate closely with the Campus Team to deliver a global internship and graduate recruitment programme. * Strengthen and expand QRT’s presence across campus and industry events. Your present skillset * 1–4 years of recruitment experience within the technology, data science, investment management, or fintech sectors; in-house campus recruitment experience is preferred. * Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms, particularly Greenhouse and LinkedIn. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages considered an advantage. * Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive tasks through to successful completion. * A collaborative mindset combined with strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities. * Comfortable operating in a high-performance, fast-paced, and continuously evolving environment. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the attraction and hiring of top talent.  Your Future Role at QRT * Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. * Act as the main point of contact between candidates, interviewers and hiring teams, resolving scheduling challenges and keeping processes on track. * Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS. * Deliver a professional, responsive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process. * Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates at every stage. * Represent QRT at university events and careers fairs where required. * Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects. Your Present Skillset * Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 0–2 years' experience in recruitment coordination, operations, administration, events, or a similar stakeholder-facing role. * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented. DAS ERWARTET DICH BEI UNS * Du gestaltest den gesamten Recruitingprozess eigenständig und mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl – von der Stellenschaltung über Interviews bis hin zur Vertragsverhandlung. * Du sorgst dafür, dass sich Bewerber*innen bei uns durchgehend gut aufgehoben fühlen – mit klarer Kommunikation und einem positiven Erlebnis vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Onboarding. * Du findest passende Talente nicht nur, sondern gehst auch aktiv auf sie zu, z. B. über LinkedIn oder andere relevante Netzwerke. * Du bringst gemeinsam mit HR und den Fachbereichen frische Ideen in unsere Recruiting- und Employer-Branding-Strategie ein und entwickelst sie aktiv weiter. * Du planst und steuerst kreative Kampagnen, die genau zur Zielgruppe passen – ob über Social Media, unsere Website oder bei Events und Messen. * Du übernimmst im Employer Branding Verantwortung für spannende Projekte und arbeitest eng mit Kolleg*innen aus verschiedenen Bereichen sowie externen Partnern zusammen. * Du unterstützt zusätzlich das HR-Team bei Themen wie Budgetplanung und Reporting, springst bei Bedarf für Kolleg*innen ein und hältst dabei stets einen guten Draht zum Betriebsrat. DAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN * Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung als fachliches Fundament – idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Zusatzqualifikation wie den/die Personalfachkaufmann/-frau. * Du bringst mindestens vier Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting oder Personalmarketing mit und hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und Märkte. * Du kennst dich bereits mit HR-Tools wie Personio aus oder bist offen, dich schnell und sicher in vergleichbare Systeme einzuarbeiten. * Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Formulieren überzeugender Stellenanzeigen und in der Mitarbeit an spannenden HR-Projekten gesammelt. * Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und serviceorientiert und bringst dabei jede Menge Eigenmotivation, Teamgeist und Umsetzungskraft mit. * Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
