Your Future Role at QRT * Your core objective is to support the full recruitment cycle for our intern and graduate positions across Research and Trading. * Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process while guiding candidates throughout each stage to ensure a positive candidate experience. * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers to support effective hiring decisions. * Plan, coordinate, and attend campus-based activities, including in-house days and interview days for students. * Collaborate closely with the Campus Team to deliver a global internship and graduate recruitment programme. * Strengthen and expand QRT’s presence across campus and industry events. Your present skillset * 1–4 years of recruitment experience within the technology, data science, investment management, or fintech sectors; in-house campus recruitment experience is preferred. * Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms, particularly Greenhouse and LinkedIn. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages considered an advantage. * Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive tasks through to successful completion. * A collaborative mindset combined with strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities. * Comfortable operating in a high-performance, fast-paced, and continuously evolving environment. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help drive hiring for quantitative research and trading roles across Europe. This role plays a key part in supporting QRT’s continued growth by securing top-tier talent and reinforcing our local presence. Your Future Role at QRT • Drive and execute QRT’s recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain high calibre quant research and trading talent for our European offices • Leverage your existing network across Europe and proactively source candidates through direct outreach, talent mapping, and referrals • Collaborate with trusted external recruitment partners and agencies to ensure consistent pipeline flow and meet headcount targets • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle via our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring a high-touch, seamless candidate experience at every stage • Bring hiring intelligence and market insights to the table - tracking trends, benchmarking competitors, and advising stakeholders Your present skillset • 5+ years of experience recruiting in quantitative finance, trading, or investment roles – either in-house or at a leading search firm • A strong, active network of talent across Europe, and a proven ability to build and sustain candidate relationships over time • Track record of successful collaboration with external agencies • Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms, especially Greenhouse and LinkedIn • Data-driven mindset, you use metrics, hiring funnel data, and market benchmarks to inform decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Organized, resourceful, you are able to juggle multiple searches with speed and precision • Self-starter and curious, you like working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment QRT is an equal opportunity employer. The Opportunity We are looking for an engaged and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team in Ludvika. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our production flow and ensuring that we meet our delivery targets efficiently. You will develop and implement production plans, while continuously monitoring and adjusting them based on demand and production capacity. How You'll Make an Impact Develop, implement, and maintain detailed production schedules and plans. Monitor production processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Work closely with the purchasing, inventory, and production teams to ensure material availability and sufficient production capacity. Analyze production data and delivery performance to identify areas for improvement. Be responsible for capacity planning and resource utilization. Manage and communicate changes in production plans to relevant stakeholders. Drive and improve production planning by implementing new processes and tools that reduce production disruptions and optimize lead times. Your Background Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Production Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. relevant work experience in a similar area is equally valued. At least one year of experience in production planning, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MPS/MRP systems. Solid analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders. Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong interest in optimizing processes. Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English skills.
