The Games Planning & Delivery group aims to deliver the most seamless, innovative, and engaging Games experience ever for all
athletes, fans, partners, and the community. The Games Planning & Delivery team is currently organized in four key areas
including Venue Infrastructure, Venue Management, Revenue & Commercial, and Games Operations, but will expand to over 30
functional areas by Games time.
The Venue Infrastructure team is responsible for delivering the competition and non-competition venues fit-for-purpose for the
preparation and staging of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. This department is responsible for managing the design, development,
program management, construction, maintenance, and removal of all Games infrastructure in existing and fully temporary venues.
Lighting, in the Games environment, refers to the coordination and design of the overlay and temporary lighting systems necessary
for Broadcast, Sport, and Operations Games functional areas in compliance with International Olympic and Paralympic Committees,
Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS), and International Sport Federation requirements.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lighting, the Manager, Lighting will be responsible for overseeing the development of lighting
plans, informing procurement, and managing installation, maintenance, and removal during operations for a venue or group of
venues.
Significant integration with stakeholders is required to determine the extents and locations of lighting required. The duties of
this role include collaborating with external engineering resources and an internal engineering team. This role requires advanced
knowledge of the development of technical plans and designs. To support venue development efforts, this role is required to
coordinate with multiple internal functional areas to ensure feedback is captured and designs meet industry codes and standards,
IOC requirements, and cost and schedule targets. LA28 will make extensive use of existing venues as well as build temporary

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $155,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28

SENIOR MANAGER, SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE & TECHNOLOGY The Senior Manager, Venue Security Infrastructure reports to the Director of Security, Venue Infrastructure and will assist in the development and implementation of all LA28 Venue Security Infrastructure plans. This role will be responsible for the specification and planning of all LA28 provided elements of Venue Security Infrastructure including, fencing and barriers, hostile vehicle mitigation, search and screening equipment (metal detection and x-ray equipment,) security lighting, CCTV, drones (UAS,) Games accreditation and access control equipment, and other elements of physical or electronic security infrastructure as required. This role will be responsible for ensuring that construction and installation plans are developed and integrated with the LA28 Venues and Infrastructure functional area, and all scheduling is deconflicted for efficient implementation. This position will serve as a main point of contact for Venue Security Infrastructure into the wider Games Security ecosystem. This role requires close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and effective development and implementation of approved security infrastructure plans. The role requires a proven and effective collaborator and experience drafting venue security infrastructure plans and documents including Venue Security Infrastructure Concepts of Operation, Training, and Policy and Procedure Development. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management skills who can work collaboratively with multiple functional areas (departments), government and public safety agencies, and a diverse set of stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning & Integration: In collaboration with members of the Safety and Security Team, key LA28 Functional Areas (FAs,) Venue Partners, and Public Safety Agencies, develop comprehensive Venue Security Infrastructure plans that provide the highest level of Security while minimizing impacts to critical event operations. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (construction teams, public safety, private contractors and suppliers) to create unified and integrated security plans. Serve as the main point of contact/liaison for the Safety & Security Department with key functional areas, Venue contacts, government/public safety agencies, as required. Risk Management & Compliance: Contribute to risk and Venue assessments to identify vulnerabilities, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee implementation of approved security plans. Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as international best practices for event security. Operational Coordination: Act as the primary representative of the Safety and Security Department, oversee and deliver the LA28 approved Security Operations Plans at assigned Venue(s) and ensure adherence to all approved LA28 Policies and Procedures at Olympic and Paralympic Venues at Games time. Complete regular status reports, incident reports, and project status reports as required. As a key member of the planning team, this position will also take on other assigned tasks as required. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between LA28 Functional Areas, Delivery Partners, Public Safety and Security Agencies, and the Safety and Security Department, as assigned. Foster collaboration, teamwork and information-sharing. Manage relationships with external partners, including law enforcement agencies, regulatory entities, state/regional traffic management organizations, and service providers. Project Management: Chair planning meetings or working groups, as assigned, to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables. Complete regular status reports, draft and share meeting notes and agendas, and draft policy and procedure documents, as required. Background and Requirements * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, multi-venue safety/security position. * Experience in Venue Security Infrastructure specification and design. * Strong construction management and project management experience. * Proven success in cross functional security planning and collaboration. * Experience working in major league sporting stadiums is strongly preferred. * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Understanding of CCTV placement planning and how security equipment requirements tie into the larger Games technology infrastructure * Familiarity with spectrum deconfliction and radio fleet mapping. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.) * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. * Demonstrated commitment to co-creation and collaborative decision-making. MANAGER, SCHEDULE The Venues and Infrastructure (VNI) team plays a critical role in delivering Games-specific temporary infrastructure for competition and non-competition venues to ensure that they are functional, innovative, and fully accessible for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. As part of the larger Sport and Games Delivery group, the VNI team ensures that all venues are designed, developed, and delivered with the highest standards for functionality, sustainability, and inclusion, while respecting the timeframes established with the venues for the LA28 exclusive use periods. Reporting to the Sr. Mgr., Scheduling, the Schedule Manager will prepare and manage venue-based scheduling for VNI. The Schedule Manager will own the venue integrated schedules (VIS), a consolidation of delivery schedules from multiple functional areas. The Schedule Manager will also oversee the development of construction schedule for VNI temporary infrastructure and overlay. This role will require deep collaboration across all delivery functional areas as well as external stakeholders, partners, and suppliers. The successful candidate will have created and managed project schedules for complex infrastructure and/or events delivery. Key Responsibilities Venue Integrated Schedule (VIS) Management * Develop and manage the VIS for assigned venues, coordinating and consolidating the construction schedules from multiple functional areas * Partner with construction schedulers for VNI contractors and suppliers to incorporate into the VIS. SENIOR MANAGER, VENUE OPERATIONS - DOPING CONTROL The Senior Manager, Venue Operations - Doping Control will support the planning and Games-time execution of anti-doping operations for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Reporting to the Head of Doping Control, this role will be primarily responsible for leading a team of Venue Operations Associates who operate clusters of venues, overseeing the smooth execution of all Doping Control Stations and activities. The Senior Manager will also directly manage the crucial relationships with the Olympic and Paralympic Villages. A key component of this role involves spearheading resource development, designing/refining comprehensive training modules, operational playbooks, scenario-based drills, and standardized protocols. This ensures that the Doping Control Staff are fully equipped and empowered to navigate fast-paced environments and seamlessly execute all Doping Control activities. The role will collaborate cross-functionally with Games Delivery and Services/Logistics functions (e.g., Accreditation, Transportation, Medical, Workforce, Logistics, etc.), as well as external partners including Testing Agencies, National Anti-Doping Organizations (NADOs), and IFs. Venue Operations Leadership & Team Management * Serve as the primary operational lead for all Doping Control activities within the Olympic and Paralympic Villages, managing the unique logistical requirements. * Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Venue Operations Associates responsible for Doping Control activities across multiple venue clusters. * Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the Venue Operations team to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of all procedures. * Oversee the development of policies, procedures, and operational documentation for Doping Control Station delivery. * Participate in readiness exercises and test event delivery to validate operational plans and identify areas for improvement. * Lead the planning and execution of the operational transition between the Olympic and Paralympic Games, ensuring continuity of service, efficient handover of resources, and appropriate staff adjustments. Doping Control Operations * Lead the development/refinement of Doping Control specific content to cover technical procedures for Doping Control Stations, such as venue setup, athlete notification and processing, sample collection protocols, chain of custody rules, documentation, and more. * Support the planning and delivery of doping control operations across all competition and training venues. * Spearhead the strategic design, development, or edits of operational resources for venue teams, including comprehensive training modules, operational playbooks, and standardized protocols to ensure consistent and excellent service delivery. * Manage communication processes for resolving operational issues and serve as a primary point of escalation for the venue teams. Cross-Functional Coordination * Collaborate with other functional areas to integrate doping control requirements into competition schedules and venue operations. * Assist in working across functions to ensure alignment of doping control services with accreditation, transport, workforce, and accommodation planning. * Assist in developing presentations, reports, and tracking documents related to anti-doping readiness and delivery. * Represent the Doping Control venue team in cross-functional planning meetings, ensuring the unique needs of the operations are addressed in all deliverables. Background and Requirements * A minimum of 6 years of experience working in relevant roles in the sports and/or event management industry, preferably in anti-doping operations. * Experience working on major Games delivery within a sport organization, local organizing committee, or at a multi-sport event. * Knowledge of the World Anti-Doping Code, International Standards (ISTI), and anti-doping operations for major international events is desired. * Strong understanding of the structure, governance, and culture of Olympic and Paralympic sport, including familiarity with National Anti-Doping Organizations and International Federations. * Ability to lead diverse teams with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to equity and inclusion. * Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. * Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through. * Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with a wide range of internal and external partners. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to operational needs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint). * Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively support team operations. * High level of integrity, discretion, and judgment; able to handle confidential information and pressure with professionalism.
