In this role, you will work at the intersection of communication & technology, creating clear and structured documentation for complex systems. You will collaborate closely with system engineers, experts, and project teams to collect, understand, and transform technical information into user-friendly content. Your work will play a key role in making our technology accessible and usable for internal teams, customers, and partners worldwide. Design and maintain 3D pipelines and tools to enhance content creation. Build robust and scalable backend systems to support creative workflows. Develop technical solutions in C++ and Python within an agile Scrum environment. Deliver 3D models, shaders, and images to real-time and offline platforms. Identify system pain points and launch projects to enhance existing technology. Collaborate closely with product owners, 3D artists, and other stakeholders. Navigate and contribute to parallel workflows enabled by Universal Scene Description (USD). Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Planning * Develop and execute marketing strategies for capital equipment platforms, including incubators, electronic witnessing systems, and automation solutions. * Conduct market analysis to assess segment size, growth trends, adoption curves, and competitive landscape. * Partner with product management to translate technical capabilities into differentiated value propositions for key stakeholders. * Build annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned to revenue and market share objectives. Campaigns, Content and Messaging * Create marketing content including brochures, technical guides, white papers, case studies, and digital assets. * Develop product training materials, demo scripts, and competitive positioning tools. Qualifications Required * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in an IVF environment. * 5 to 8 years of commercial experience in medical device capital equipment, life sciences instrumentation, or laboratory systems. * Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Preferred * Experience working with embryology key opinion leaders or clinical education teams. * Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. * Ability to translate scientific or technical concepts into compelling commercial messaging.
