Som utbildare hos oss ansvarar du för att planera, genomföra och följa upp utbildningsinsatser inom vårt verksamhetsområde. Om tjänsten Avsnitt Fallskydd inom Verksamhetsutveckling söker nu en utbildningsansvarig. Som utbildare hos oss ansvarar du för att planera, genomföra och följa upp utbildningsinsatser inom vårt verksamhetsområde. Du arbetar nära både medarbetare och chefer för att säkerställa hög kvalitet och relevans i utbildningarna. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår att utbilda och utvärdera kursdeltagare, planera, utveckla och administrera utbildningar. Du är även ett stöd till chefer vid rekrytering av ny förare. Du kommer också ha en viktig roll i att introducera/utbilda kursdeltagare i vårt sätt att arbeta på SSAB Luleå. Initialt är det främst inom området kran och truck som du kommer att utbilda inom. Du kommer även att få chansen till kompetensutveckling så att du kan hålla utbildning inom fler utbildningsområden. I vår spännande omställningsresa, där SSAB Luleå ska börja tillverka fossilfritt stål, så är kompetensutveckling en kritisk faktor. Du kommer därför ha en viktig roll i att bidra i utvecklingen av hur vi i framtiden ska bedriva utbildning på ett effektivt sätt inom SSAB Luleå i framtiden. Proven experience in quality management within construction projects, including the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems. In-depth knowledge of the entire construction process, including design, construction, commissioning, and handover. Extensive experience conducting and managing internal and external quality audits. Experience working in accordance with standards such as ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management frameworks. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain and train others on complex topics. Experience working in large-scale projects or organizations is considered a strong advantage.
