Bullarbyn Bageri is a small, artisanal international bakery in Malmö, where we showcase different home-style European baking traditions with focus on quality of ingredients, taste and execution. We are located in central Malmö (Rörsjöstaden).
Because of an increasing demand for our pastries we are looking for a talented pastry chef/baker. We are looking for someone who is passionate about artisanal baking and creating pastries from organic, artisanal ingredients.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and curious person, that is really willing to develop the place with us and learn together. We’re looking for someone that has at least 2 years of experience in different types of leavened pastries (laminated is a must), creams and techniques. A sourdough bread baking knowledge will be a plus. It is a must that a candidate speaks fluent english and is a good communicator. Ideal candidate for us has a positive spirit and attitude towards working, is bursting with ideas and wants to bring them to the table. It is important to remember that this job is fast-paced and requires a good discipline.
We are offering 75%-100% position (5 days a week) with a salary adjusted to the experience. The work includes weekends, in rotation and cooperation with the head baker. The salary can be higher, depending on experience of the candidate. We would love to offer an unlimited time contract, with optional 3-months trial period.

Det här kommer du att göraSom Underhållsmekaniker ansvarar du för att säkerställa en stabil och effektiv drift i produktionen genom att arbeta med både planerat och akut underhåll av maskiner och produktionsutrustning. Du arbetar nära produktion, teknik och andra funktioner för att snabbt hantera driftstörningar och hitta hållbara lösningar som bidrar till ökad tillgänglighet och minskade stopp i verksamheten. I rollen ingår felsökning och reparation av mekanisk utrustning samt deltagande i förbättringsarbete där du bidrar med analyser, tekniska lösningar och optimering av arbetssätt. Du dokumenterar utfört arbete i underhållssystem enligt gällande rutiner och bidrar aktivt till att utveckla underhållsarbetet tillsammans med teamet. Tjänsten är placerad i Örebro och du rapporterar till Underhållsledare. Skiftarbete är ett krav och beredskap kan förekomma. Det här behöver du för att lyckas och trivas Du har: Gymnasial utbildning inom teknik, mekanik eller motsvarande. Erfarenhet av underhållsarbete inom industri- eller produktionsmiljö. God vana av felsökning och reparation av mekanisk utrustning. Goda kunskaper inom mekanik, exempelvis lager, transmissioner och pneumatik. Förmåga att läsa och förstå ritningar samt teknisk dokumentation. Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift. Meriterande: Erfarenhet av arbete i underhållssystem. Grundläggande kunskaper inom el och automation. Arbetslivserfarenhet från livsmedels-/matindustrin. Du är: Strukturerad och noggrann med ett kvalitetsmedvetet arbetssätt. Lösningsorienterad och trivs med att analysera och lösa tekniska problem. Ansvarstagande och självgående samtidigt som du uppskattar samarbete i team. We are participating in a project where Stegra AB establishes a steel mill in Norra Svartbyn in Boden where steel will be produced through an almost fossil-free process using hydrogen gas. Our mission is, among other things, to install machines used in steel production and includes work in mechanics, electronics and plumbing. We now want to employ Cleaners.
