DEINE AUFGABE Wir suchen eine erfahrene technische Führungspersönlichkeit, die die Architektur von Juno – der agentischen KI-Schicht im Kern unserer Plattform – definiert und vorantreibt. Du bist die technische Anlaufstelle für die Gestaltung, Orchestrierung und den skalierbaren Betrieb unserer Agenten und triffst fundierte Architekturentscheidungen – von Multi-Agenten-Koordinationsmustern bis hin zur Produktionsinfrastruktur. Diese Rolle ist stark hands-on: Du arbeitest täglich im Code, entwickelst neue Ansätze in Prototypen, setzt den Maßstab für technische Qualität und löst komplexe Systemprobleme. Wie wir arbeiten: Agentic-First Engineering  Bei JTL ist KI-gestützte Entwicklung kein Nice-to-have - es ist unsere Art zu bauen. Ingenieure in unserem Team nutzen aktiv Tools wie GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor oder ähnliche KI-Programmierassistenten als Teil ihres täglichen Arbeitsablaufs. Wir erwarten, dass du Erfahrung mit diesen (oder ähnlichen) Tools mitbringst.  Deine Aufgaben * Du verantwortest die End-to-End-Systemarchitektur für agentische KI-Anwendungen – vom übergeordneten Design über das Deployment in der Produktion bis hin zu Skalierung und Observability. * Du entwirfst und entwickelst Multi-Agenten-Orchestrierungssysteme unter Einsatz von Frameworks wie LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel oder eigenen Orchestrierungsschichten. * Du gestaltest skalierbare, fehlertolerante Backend-Services mit Python (FastAPI, async-Patterns) und klar definierten API-Schnittstellen (REST, GraphQL, gRPC), die von internen Teams und externen Kunden genutzt werden. * Du implementierst Cloud-Deployment-Strategien auf Azure (AKS, Azure AI Services, Functions) oder anderen Cloud-Plattformen, einschließlich Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD-Pipelines und Kostensteuerung. * Du entwirfst Integrationsmuster für die sichere und erweiterbare Anbindung von Agenten an externe Tools, APIs, Datenbanken und Unternehmenssysteme. * Du etablierst Architekturstandards, Design Patterns und Engineering Best Practices für das KI-Engineering-Team (Codequalität, Testing, Security, Dokumentation). * Du evaluierst neue agentische KI-Technologien, LLM-Anbieter und Tooling und präsentierst der Geschäftsführung technische Empfehlungen sowie Abwägungsanalysen. * Du förderst und begleitest Junior- und Mid-Level-Engineers durch Architecture Reviews, Code Reviews und Wissenstransfer-Sessions. WAS DU DAFÜR MITBRINGST * Du verfügst über 8+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in einer Senior-, Staff- oder Architekten-Rolle mit Fokus auf Systemdesign. * Du besitzt fundierte Python-Kenntnisse auf Expertenniveau: asyncio, FastAPI oder vergleichbare async-Frameworks, Pydantic, Dependency Injection und modernes Paketmanagement (Poetry / uv). * Du hast nachweisliche Erfahrung im Design und Aufbau von Produktions-APIs (REST, GraphQL oder gRPC) sowie event-getriebenen Architekturen und Microservice-Architekturen. * Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit agentischen KI-Frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel oder Ähnlichem). * Du kennst LLM-Integrationsmuster in der Praxis: Prompt-Management, Tool-Use / Function-Calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vektorspeicher (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector) sowie Context-Window-Optimierung. * Du hast Produktionserfahrung mit Cloud-Deployments auf Azure: Container-Orchestrierung (Kubernetes), Serverless Compute, Netzwerk und Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi oder CloudFormation). * Du verfügst über solide Kenntnisse verteilter Systeme: Messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS), Caching (Redis), Datenbankauswahl und Observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana). * Du kommunizierst klar und überzeugend und kannst komplexe Architekturentscheidungen sowohl technischen als auch nicht-technischen Stakeholdern verständlich vermitteln. It supports different user groups through dedicated web and mobile experiences. * Employee experience (Web & App): Shift- and time-related workflows, requests (e.g., absence), access to relevant documents, and day-to-day communication. * Client experience (Web): Operational oversight for end-client contacts, including approvals, assignment visibility, document access, and administrative workflows. The platform integrates with multiple ERP backends via APIs and supports several European markets. You own the full product management for zvoove Go — a multi-sided B2B2C and B2B2 platform (mobile + web) for staffing ecosystems, connecting staffing companies, temporary workers, and end clients. You drive vision, roadmap, and hands-on delivery for an internationally distributed squad.
