THE TEAM AND ROLE As a Bid & Proposal Manager (all genders), you'll play a pivotal role in Avelios' growth by winning the public tenders that bring our healthcare platform to hospitals. You'll own strategic bid opportunities end-to-end, shape winning strategies, and unite cross-functional teams behind a shared goal: delivering compelling proposals that create real impact in healthcare. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Take end-to-end ownership of large and complex public tenders, from opportunity assessment and strategy development to final proposal submission * Plan, coordinate, and drive the entire bid process while aligning cross-functional teams, external partners, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality proposals on time and within budget * Analyze tender and RFP documentation, clarify technical, commercial, and contractual requirements, and ensure consistent, compliant, and competitive bid responses * Prepare, present, and lead the negotiation of proposed solutions while collaborating closely with Sales Management, PreSales, Product Management, and Project Management throughout the bid lifecycle * Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid management processes by fostering knowledge sharing, implementing best practices, and enhancing proposal quality and efficiency YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience * Proven experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, or Project Management, ideally in a complex enterprise software environment * Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret complex tender documents and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders under tight deadlines * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build alignment and drive outcomes across internal and external stakeholders * Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken YOUR BENEFITS * A promising opportunity to drive high-impact tender initiatives in a scale-up backed by leading international VCs, SAP and Fresenius * An international, informal team structure in a motivating scale-up atmosphere, allowing you to participate directly in our growth story and the overall success of Avelios * A virtual stock option package (VSOP) that lets you benefit from Avelios’ long-term value creation * A monthly meal allowance of up to 75 euros, full coverage of the Deutschlandticket, Urban Sports Club or a subsidized Wellpass membership, a bike leasing program and Corporate Benefits that give you access to discounts from a wide range of providers in various areas

THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE As a Partnership Manager (all genders) you will negotiate, select and manage implementation partners while ensuring smooth operational collaboration and alignment with Avelios’ projects. You will establish and maintain partner standards overseeing initial and ongoing certification, and managing the strategic and operational relationship cadence. Success means building a reliable, well-enabled partner network that supports project delivery, reduces operational friction and strengthens Avelios’ strategic position. THE TEAM AND ROLE As a Product Manager Nursing (all genders), you will bring your hands-on clinical nursing expertise into the development of our AI-native Avelios Hospital Information System (HIS). As part of our Product Management team, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Product Design, Quality Assurance, customers, and clinical users to translate real-world nursing workflows into intuitive, scalable software solutions. You understand how nursing works in everyday hospital practice—from documentation and assessments to care planning, handovers, clinical orders, staffing models, and discharge management—and help ensure these workflows are accurately reflected in our product. This is a highly collaborative role where clinical expertise meets digital product development, enabling you to shape the future of nursing software in hospitals. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Analyze clinical nursing workflows and translate them into functional requirements for our HIS. * Support the design of product features for nursing documentation, assessments, care planning, clinical scores, and nursing-specific workflows. * Create user stories, functional concepts, acceptance criteria, and specifications that enable Engineering, Product Design, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions. * Evaluate and prioritize product ideas from a clinical nursing perspective, collaborating closely with customers and clinical users to validate concepts and ensure practical usability. * Review developed features through testing, product reviews, and acceptance processes to ensure they accurately reflect real clinical practice. * Act as the clinical nursing expert within cross-functional product teams, helping to shape the future of digital nursing workflows. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Completed vocational training or a degree in Nursing, Health & Nursing, Nursing Science, Nursing Management, or a comparable field. * Several years of practical nursing experience in a hospital environment, ideally in Internal Medicine, Intensive Care, Emergency Care, or Outpatient Care. * Strong understanding of clinical nursing workflows, current nursing documentation standards, classification systems, and quality assurance practices. * Experience in working with standardized nursing tools (e.g. epaAC/KIDs, LEP, BAss, NANDA, PPR2.0) * Experience working with HIS or comparable clinical software. * High digital affinity with confident use of PCs and standard software applications. * Ability to translate complex clinical requirements into structured, understandable concepts for interdisciplinary product teams. * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with Design, Engineering, QA, Project Management and clinical stakeholders. * Experience in product management or in a similar field is a plus. * Business fluency in German and English.
