YOUR MISSION At VÆRIDION, we are pioneering the future of sustainable regional aviation. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and reliable Executive Assistant (all genders) to support our CEO in all day-to-day matters, from scheduling and coordination to hands-on logistical support. You will be the organizational backbone of the CEO office. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and ensure the CEO’s time is used efficiently. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY * Independently manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and business trips. * Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication in both German and English. * Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. * Handle confidential information and documents with absolute discretion and maintaining structured records. * Organize travel itineraries, company events, and logistics, including occasional driving or transport support for the CEO. * Proactively anticipate needs, solve challenges before they arise, and enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. * Oversee smooth daily operations within the CEO Office with exceptional attention to detail and structure. YOUR PROFILE * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable high-responsibility support role. * Outstanding organizational and time-management skills and clear attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills in English and German. * Tech-savvy, with experience using modern productivity tools (MS Office, Slack, etc.). * Professional presence, discretion, and reliability. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive or accompany the CEO as needed. * Hands-on mindset, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment. YOUR MISSION In this Finance Automation Working Student role, you will join the VÆRIDION Finance team with a focus on transforming and automating financial accounting and controlling processes. In addition to supporting our core payment, invoicing, and budgeting workflows, you will lead initiatives to automate repetitive tasks using AI, workflow automation tools, and modern financial systems. You will analyze existing processes, identify automation potential, and prototype or implement solutions that increase accuracy, speed, and scalability. This role provides hands-on experience in both financial operations and digital transformation. You will work with a high degree of autonomy while receiving support, guidance, and technical input from the finance and operations teams. Your contribution will significantly improve the efficiency and future readiness of our financial processes. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY * Support the payment and invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate transactions, while identifying steps suitable for automation. * Analyze current financial workflows (AP/AR, approvals, reporting) and propose automation concepts using AI or low‑code tools. * Build and test automation prototypes (e.g., automated reconciliations, document extraction pipelines, dashboards). * Participate in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including designing automated reporting templates. YOUR PROFILE * Currently studying business administration, finance, accounting, data science, information systems, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices. * First experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python, AI assistants) or a strong willingness to learn. * High level of self-reliance with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. * Target-oriented, driven workstyle with analytical problem-solving skills. * English and German working-level proficiency is a must.
