Als (Junior) Operations Planning Manager:in übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Bereich Defleeting Operations und verantwortest die Prozesse rund um die Ausflottung unserer Fahrzeuge. Im Defleeting steuerst du die Prozesse von der Fahrzeugrückgabe bis zur Ausflottung und arbeitest dabei eng mit OEMs, Remarketing-Partnern und Compounds zusammen. Durch die kontinuierliche und datengetriebene Optimierung operativer Abläufe trägst du aktiv zur Kundenzufriedenheit, operativen Effizienz und zum Wachstum von FINN bei.
JOIN OUR TEAM As a Junior B2B Growth Manager at Westwing, you will support the growth of our B2B business unit across multiple European markets, reporting directly to our B2B Growth Lead. This role offers excellent learning opportunities to develop your skills in project management, business case development, CRM and data analysis, and stakeholder communication within a fast-paced, international environment. You will independently own smaller workstreams while supporting larger strategic projects such as market expansions and CRM automation initiatives. This position is permanent and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Support the development and execution of B2B growth initiatives, including market expansion analyses, business cases, and GTM concepts, contributing both to conceptualisation and hands-on execution * Independently own recurring reporting and analytics topics (e.g., retention initiatives, CRM/Salesforce data, KPI tracking), translating data into clear insights for the team and leadership * Take ownership of smaller projects end-to-end including research and project plan creation, building robust business cases, preparing compelling presentations, while supporting larger cross-functional initiatives such as CRM automation and lead allocation optimisation * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across deparments (Operations, Tech, Finance) and challenge existing approaches and processes to deliver scalable, impactful outcomes YOU COME WITH * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a comparable course of study * Initial practical experience or internships in areas such as consulting, e-commerce, or analytical/project-based roles; B2B experience is a plus * Hands-on mindset with willingness to quickly learn new skills and take on responsibility as well as structured working approach with a good sense of time and priority management * Confident, communicative attitude with an interest in collaborating with different teams across markets * Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint * Fluency in written and spoken German and English WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it.
