genders) who plays an active role in driving our customer growth from the very beginning and contributes significantly to
presenting and positioning our integrated hospital information system (HIS). The role focuses on supporting the Sales organization
with deep expertise in hospital billing, reimbursement and administrative workflows, ensuring that customers understand the value
of seamlessly integrated administrative processes within our clinical software platform.

Your Mission: Your mission as Pre-Sales Consultant in a fast-paced B2B environment is to make complex technical solutions easily understandable for clients, helping them recognize the value of our product. By simplifying technical tasks and delivering tailored product demonstrations, you ensure potential customers can clearly see how our offerings meet their business needs. Working closely with sales, engineering, and marketing teams, the Pre-Sales Consultant aligns product capabilities with customer objectives, fostering informed decision-making and building customer confidence throughout the sales process. Their ultimate goal is to support successful deals through clear and impactful technical insights. Responsibilities: * Partner with the Sales team to identify key business needs and objectives of prospective and current banking and financial industry clients. * Utilize a consultative approach to design customized solutions addressing clients' current and future challenges, effectively communicating required subject matter expertise. * Assess associated risk factors of proposed solutions and articulate them to clients and internal stakeholders confidently. * Prepare and deliver solution design illustrations and bespoke demonstrations to maximize commercial impact. * Contribute to deal-specific business cases and pricing for expert implementation and operation of solutions. * Manage the RFP process, including question responses, proposal development, and business case creation within agreed-upon timeframes. * Lead prospective clients through proof of concept (POC) delivery, coordinating tech and compliance teams with internal Tech and Data teams. * Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a feedback loop throughout the customer lifecycle. * Provide market-based input to the Product team, aiding in short and long-term roadmap planning. Your Profile: * +5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Consulting, Technical Sales or Customer Success in a B2B environment. * Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related fields. * Ability to structure complex challenges, build productive relationships and “sell” to both internal and external stakeholders. * Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills. * Ability to prioritize, multitask, and excel in dynamic environments. * Strong grasp of technological and business concepts. * Prior experience in the banking or financial industry is a strong plus. * Experience with compliance, AML, and Fraud is highly advantageous. * Fluent German and English communications skills mandatory

We’re changing the world of payments, and we’re looking for an exceptional team to help us. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our new Solutions team. As a member of the team, you will partner with our sales and success teams as a product and accounting systems expert to help win new customer revenue and expand the revenue of existing customers. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the business requirements of our prospects and delivering personalised live demos. Consultants need to obtain a deep understanding of all aspects of the Payhawk platform so that they can tailor its capabilities to various use cases. Additionally, Consultants will be required to capture and provide customer feedback to the product management team in order to drive product development. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain expertise in feature functionality and practical application of all our product offerings. * Participate in the RFI/RFP processes and respond to technical questions. * Deliver personalised live product demonstrations. Including Integration demos, workflows and other complex use cases. * Design, validate and document a product configuration and implementation strategy to share with prospective customers. * Provide accounting and/or accounting system expertise. * Partner with Sales teams to enable and provide accounting context to drive new business revenue. * Partner with the local marketing team attending marketing events and supporting content reviews. * Collect and analyse feedback from prospective customers and communicate it with customer success, engineering, and product management teams in order to drive the product roadmap. Requirements * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an ERP Implementation Role or similar finance role (E.g. Financial Controller, Head of Finance etc) * Previous SAP experience is a must * Professional Accounting Qualification e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA is preferred but not required. * Experience working in both pre-sales and implementation is preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. * Native German speaker * Ability to build relationships with potential customers, understand their environment and introduce new concepts to solve problems. * Ability to balance multiple competing priorities. * Comfort with a fluid, fast-paced environment. * A passion for problem-solving.
