Your Mission
As Support Analyst, you will serve as the frontline technical and functional expert for customers using the Hawk platform,
ensuring a seamless user experience. You will provide expert guidance on rule configuration, user management, workflows, and
integration troubleshooting via our ticketing system while collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues. We are
seeking a proactive problem solver, who can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders fluently in
German and English and ensure high customer satisfaction.

YOUR MISSION For the Mittelstand Investment team, we are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Munich office. You will work at the heart of impactful, partnership-driven investments, collaborating closely with established entrepreneurs and family-owned "hidden champions." As an Analyst, you will be involved in all parts of the deal, from sourcing, over deal execution, portfolio work and exit and are expected to take on responsibility and ownership early on. Ultimately, our AI will solve the spatial Turing test: It will be able to answer any question about 3D data that a human analyst could answer. We will expand internationally in the next six months. About the Role As Office Manager at SE3 Labs, you will be the operational backbone that keeps our fast-moving company running smoothly. You will own essential administrative processes, support leadership in day-to-day operations, and ensure that the team can work with focus and speed. Your work directly contributes to building one of Europe’s most ambitious AI companies. You will work closely with Michael (Chief of Staff) and Lukas (Founder & CEO), gaining insight into how a deep-tech company operates from the inside. Your Responsibilities * Own daily administrative workflows: including invoice and document management, vendor coordination, and handling internal approvals. * Coordinate logistics between our Munich office and testing facilities: ensuring smooth operational processes for hardware, equipment, and prototypes. * Support our R&D grant reporting: preparing timesheets, collecting team input, and helping maintain clean compliance documentation. * Plan and execute team events and offsites: play an active organisational part for the team culture by planning and organising the team events * Lead our merchandise initiatives: from new drops, supplier management and inventory handling, you make sure that our employees represent SE3 * Serve as a trusted partner to leadership: helping the CEO and Chief of Staff run an organized, high-performance company.
