Our mission at Avelios is to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care. To do so, we
have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a
user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.
We are growing fast and want to keep expanding our team and business to fundamentally digitize healthcare for the better. We
appreciate different backgrounds and see diversity as one of our strengths.
As a Working Student Software Engineering Python (all genders), you will support the development of our deployment and
configuration services that prepare our healthcare platform for real-world clinical use. In doing so, you will help automate and
standardize how our software is deployed, configured, and populated with high-quality domain data across diverse customer
environments. Additionally, you will contribute to integrating AI solutions with existing services, enabling seamless
communication across our systems.

YOUR MISSION Be part of aviation history at VÆRIDION, where we’re building the world’s first electric 9-seater aircraft. As a Working Student in Battery Testing (all genders) within the Test Department, you will support the validation of our battery system across all levels, from cell to module to pack and system integration. This includes performance, environmental, and abuse-related testing. You will take ownership of hands-on test setup work (mechanical and electrical), supported by experienced engineers, and directly contribute to safe, reliable, and certification-ready battery hardware. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY * Support and own defined work packages in battery test campaigns (setup, execution support, troubleshooting, data processing, reporting). * Build and improve mechanical and electrical test setups(fixtures, sensors, wiring). * Post-process and visualize test data; create small tools/scripts for automation. * Support test documentation and coordination with internal stakeholders and external labs. * Contribute to ad-hoc tasks with a practical, solution-oriented mindset. YOUR PROFILE * Currently enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar. * Basic understanding of Lithium-ion batteries(e.g., from a lecture) and strong interest in battery testing. * Hands-on mindset (lab work, building setups, instrumentation). * Basic programming experience (Python or MATLAB) and motivation to learn additional tools (e.g.,data/reporting toolchains, automotive-grade ana lysis software). * Reliable and structured, proactive and curious. * Fluent in English (required); German skills are a strong plus. WHY US? * Be part of an ambitious team determined to shape the future of aviation. * Enjoy flexible working hours: we believe in ownership and trust. * Subsidized EGYM Wellpass membership: your (mental) health is important for us. * Enjoy a subsidized lunch with a 5€ company contribution per meal on office days. * Boost your professional as well as personal growth executing your own ideas and independent projects. * Join our internal social events and retreats (e.g. cooking, game nights, sports). COMPENSATION PRINCIPLES Compensation is determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications and education, performance, level of responsibility, required skills and competencies, and the scarcity or uniqueness of expertise in the relevant field. VÆRIDION applies these criteria consistently to ensure fair and equitable compensation for employees performing the same work or work of equal value. Salary: 17,50 EUR/hour
ABOUT US STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionising the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable and cost-effective. This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments. We’re focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems—not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe—today.
