platform. You’ll be the first point of contact for users, answering questions, solving problems, and helping customers get the

ABOUT THE ROLE The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the center of that transformation. We're looking for an Engagement Associate to join our growing team and support the world's top law firms and corporations as they fundamentally change the way they work with Legora. This is a role for someone eager to learn how change is led inside large, complex organizations and who understands that real transformation is designed and managed. You'll support the Engagement Managers and Directors who own the adoption and long-term success of their accounts — taking ownership of discrete workstreams that keep adoption on track, building the relationships, and learning what turns Legora into an embedded part of how legal teams operate. At the heart of the role is helping execute each client's adoption playbook and supporting the change-management programs that transform how they work. For every account you will contribute to the roadmap, help sequence initiatives from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, and prepare the materials that track measurable outcomes and ROI as the program evolves with new AI capabilities and use cases.
