We are looking for former attorneys, high-level paralegals, or anyone with a deep legal grounding ready to trade their traditional
career for an exciting opportunity to become a leading voice in the digital legal space.
As a founding member of our US content team, you will use your legal expertise in Arizona family law to translate complex,
high-stakes legal topics into clear and relatable human stories.
You’ll be at the forefront of our brand awareness efforts, helping us build a like minded community by commenting on the most
pertinent and current family law topics across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Whether a celebrity divorce goes viral or everyday people just need to understand how the family court system actually works,
you’ll be the person they turn to. Your goal is to make Lawhive the most recognizable name in the US legal space through sharp,
engaging, and high-energy content.

THE ROLE As the Head of Social Media you’ll be the architect of a production system that turns complex legal insights and expertise into clear, timely, and platform-native stories. We’ve reached a tipping point where content is our most vital growth lever. We need a leader who can bring the structure, creative intuition, and high-velocity execution required to scale our brand across lawyers, influencers, and partners as we enter the next chapter of our growth. RESPONSIBILITIES * Leading in-house content production for Social Media (including employees) * Manage editors, freelancers, and video agencies while collaborating with clients and influencers on shoots. * Tracking what works, spotting trends, and knowing when a story is compelling and when it isn’t * Handling production including internal gear and facilities * Developing and growing communities around our lawyer-influencer talent WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube including formats, algorithms, and audience behavior * Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging, shareable content * Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and production setups for both studio and on-location shoots * Experience briefing and managing freelancers, agencies, and collaborators * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * A strong portfolio or personal social media presence INTERVIEW PROCESS * Introductory call with our Talent team * 1:1 with your hiring manager * Values interview with one of our Founders * We offer! We identify and acquire leading consumer law firms across family law, immigration, real estate, civil litigation, and IP, and integrate them into our AI-native network of companies. Firms that join get access to our AI platform, the infrastructure, and the operational playbook already proven in the UK. An acquisition strategy is only as strong as its deal flow. The US has hundreds of thousands of law firms, and only a fraction are the right fit for Lawhive. Finding them, reaching them, and starting the right conversations at scale is the engine that powers everything else. This is where the Head of Demand Generation comes in. You'll own the top of funnel for law firm owners and attorneys: building a highly quantitative view of the US law firm and attorney market, identifying the best-fit firms, and designing and executing the B2B demand generation campaigns that turn that market map into qualified deal flow for our M&A team. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role at the centre of our US commercial strategy. You'll work closely with the M&A team, SDRs, and the product and marketing teams to build a deal origination engine that compounds as the network grows. The right person will be as comfortable setting strategy as they are getting into the weeds, and as energized by building from scratch as they are by scaling what's already working. WHAT YOU'LL DO Market Segmentation & Targeting * Build a quantitative model of the US law firm and attorney market: segmenting by practice area, firm size, revenue, geography, ownership structure, and owner profile * Define and continuously refine Lawhive's ideal firm profile in partnership with the M&A team, and score and prioritise the market against it * Build and maintain the data infrastructure (firm databases, enrichment, intent signals) that keeps targeting sharp as the strategy evolves Demand Generation Strategy * Own the end-to-end B2B demand generation strategy: from first touch with a firm owner to a qualified conversation with our M&A team * Build a scalable, repeatable playbook for generating deal flow across practice areas and geographies * Define the channel mix, budget allocation, and KPIs that drive qualified pipeline at pace Multi-Channel Campaigns * Design and run account-based campaigns targeting firm owners and attorneys across paid, outbound, email, and social * Lead paid campaigns built for a professional B2B audience, testing and scaling what works * Own Lawhive's presence across the legal community: legal industry events, bar associations, conferences, and the spaces where lawyers talk about the future of their firms Content & Positioning * Develop the content strategy that positions Lawhive as the most compelling path for firm owners: succession and exit planning, what AI means for their practice, and what joining the network looks like * Build email and nurture programmes that warm long-cycle prospects until they're ready for a conversation * Partner with Head of Social Media on organic social as an awareness and credibility channel with the legal community Analytics & Attribution * Own the data: build the reporting infrastructure that gives clear visibility into pipeline generated, cost per qualified opportunity, conversion through the funnel, and contribution to completed acquisitions * Use insight to inform targeting, messaging, and where the M&A team spends its time Sales, SDR & M&A Enablement * Partner with SDR and M&A teams on lead handoff quality, pipeline attribution, and shared deal flow targets * Build the outbound assets that help SDRs open doors with target firms: email cadences, call scripts, and objection handling guides * Create the materials that power acquisition conversations: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and deal narratives WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Strong track record in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or deal origination * Demonstrated experience building and scaling demand gen programmes that generated measurable qualified pipeline or revenue * Highly quantitative approach: you build segmentation models, score markets, and make decisions from data, not assumptions * Deep expertise across ABM, outbound, paid channels, email/CRM, and event marketing * Experience marketing to business owners, professionals, or other high-consideration B2B audiences with long decision cycles * Proven experience working hand-in-hand with sales, SDR, or corporate development teams: you understand lead handoff, pipeline attribution, and how to make the deal team more effective * Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where the playbook doesn't always exist yet BONUS POINTS * Experience generating deal flow for M&A, roll-ups, franchising, or partner recruitment models * Background in legal, professional services, or marketplace businesses * Experience at an AI-native or AI-first startup * Exposure to the US legal market INTERVIEW PROCESS * Introductory call with our Talent team * 1:1 with our CEO/Co-founder * Cross-functional interview with our MD North America and Head of Brand * Values interview with one of our Founders * 🎉 We offer! THE ROLE As Social Media Manager you'll define how Lawhive shows up across social, with LinkedIn at the core, and build the content engine that puts us in the right conversations at the right time across AI, legal and tech. You'll be a great writer first and foremost, someone who can capture a founder's voice one day and write a caption that stops the scroll the next. You'll think in strategy but execute in detail, managing not just your own output but pulling in founders, lawyers and teammates to create content that feels real and lands with the right audiences. * Own Lawhive's social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms, with a clear strategy behind every channel * Develop and manage a content calendar aligned to company priorities, product launches and growth goals * Lead founder and employee advocacy programmes, getting the right people posting the right things * Build recurring content series and campaigns that drive brand recognition over time * Translate complex legal and AI topics into content that's genuinely engaging, not just accessible * Track and report on performance with a clear view of what's growing, what's not and why * Run experiments across formats and channels and act quickly on what you learn * Capture content from events, team moments and customer stories WHAT YOU'LL BRING You’ll be a great fit for this role if… * You have 5+ years in social media or content, with clear evidence of audience growth and demonstrated impact on the accounts you've owned * You're an exceptional writer with the range to emulate different voices and the instinct to know what works as a caption versus a long-form post * You've worked at a fast-growth startup and know what it takes to build something scrappy and make it look sharp * You think creatively about how to break through the noise and have the tactics to prove it * You're comfortable managing founder accounts and coordinating across multiple stakeholders to bring content to life * You show up on social yourself and can point us to your own presence as part of how you work INTERVIEW PROCESS * Introductory call with our Talent team * 1:1 with your hiring manager * Practical task and Presentation * Values interview with one of our Founders * We offer!
