Legora is scaling rapidly, and our billing operations need to scale with it. As our Global Billing & AR Manager, you'll own the
full billing lifecycle end to end – from signed order form through invoicing, cash application, and reporting. You'll lead and
grow a team, drive automation, and serve as the connective tissue between how we sell and how we get paid.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with RevOps, Deal Desk, Finance, and Engineering to build a billing
function that's accurate, scalable, and audit-ready.

The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own pricing and monetization at Legora. This is one of the most consequential surface areas at the company: we just became the first major legal AI company to move to consumption-based pricing, and this role owns where that goes next. Your mandate spans both halves of monetization. You’ll own the consumption-based pricing system end to end, the user-facing experience inside the platform as well as the backend infrastructure that turns customers’ token consumption into revenue. And you’ll partner closely with finance on the pricing itself: how we price new models as they’re released, how we price features across the application, and what’s included, what’s an add-on, and what’s metered differently for different kinds of functionality. This is a chance to shape how a category-defining company captures value in an AI-native world. We’re constantly rethinking not just how we deliver value to customers, but how we align our incentives with theirs, and ultimately with their end clients. If you want to build the business model for the next era of legal work, this is the role. What You'll Do * Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our consumption-based pricing system, from the in-product experience to the underlying billing and metering infrastructure. * Build and operate the systems that reliably turn usage (tokens) into revenue (dollars), partnering closely with engineering on accuracy, transparency, and trust. * Own product pricing decisions: how and when we price newly released models, how we price features, and what is included, bundled, add-on, or metered. * Continuously evolve our monetization strategy to keep our incentives aligned with our customers’ and their end clients’. * Partner with go-to-market, finance, and leadership to translate pricing strategy into packaging, billing, and forecasting that scale. * Use data and customer insight to run pricing experiments, measure their impact, and turn results into a prioritized roadmap. * Deeply understand how legal teams buy and consume software, and translate that into pricing that is clear, fair, and durable. What You Bring * An experienced, senior Product Manager with a strong background building and owning pricing or monetization systems at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. * Hands-on experience with usage- or consumption-based pricing, including the billing, metering, and infrastructure that make it work. * Strong commercial and product judgment, with the ability to balance customer value, business outcomes, and long-term incentive alignment. * Comfort working across the stack, from polished user-facing experiences to backend systems, and partnering tightly with engineering and finance. * Fluency with data and experimentation, and the rigor to make pricing decisions defensible. * High standards, low ego, and a bias toward ownership and outcomes. * Genuine excitement about reinventing how software is monetized in an AI-native world. The Role Legora is looking for a GTM Senior Systems Analyst to help engineer the technical foundation of our revenue engine - we need a hands-on specialist to harden our infrastructure and ensure our systems scale alongside our growth. You aren’t just managing a database; you are architecting a seamless Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, treating our internal tech stack as a product that bridges the gap between sales momentum and financial precision. In this role, you will have a heavy hand in the end-to-end evolution of our GTM ecosystem. With Salesforce as your primary canvas, your work spans the full funnel: you will partner with Marketing to optimize lead intake and flow, collaborate with Sales and Finance to refine "Lead-to-Cash" precision, and work with Customer Success to architect automated renewal and lifecycle workflows. Reporting into our GTM Systems Manager, your goal is to move us from a working setup to a world-class, automated machine where deal velocity is high, "quote-to-billing" friction is non-existent, and data integrity is absolute. THE ROLE Legora's revenue organisation grew from zero to 400 people in 18 months. That team is now operating across the US, Europe and APAC, expanding into new markets. At that pace, the people infrastructure behind a function is what determines how well it scales. The performance standards, management capability, and organisational design that will define how this team operates at 800, 1,000, and beyond are still to be built. You'll build them, working directly with the CRO and their global leadership team, with the scope and access to make it count. WHAT YOU’LL DO As Senior Manager, People Partner, you'll work as a true thought partner to the CRO and their leadership team, helping shape the organisation as it grows while ensuring strong performance, accountability, and organisational health across the function. This isn't a support role. You're a strategic operator who can move between high-level organisational thinking and hands-on delivery when the moment requires it. Specifically, you will: * Own the people agenda for the CRO function globally, partnering with the CRO and their leadership team on org design, workforce planning, headcount decisions, and team structure as the revenue function expands into new markets and segments * Proactively identify organisational challenges before they become systemic. Build a deep understanding of the function's ambitions, risks, and capability gaps and get ahead of them * Set and hold the performance bar. Drive calibration, coach managers through difficult conversations, and intervene early when standards slip rather than after the damage is done * Build management capability in a team that's grown faster than most leaders have had time to develop. Many people managers here are first-time or early-tenure leaders operating at scale for the first time * Own complex ER matters, restructurings, and multi-jurisdictional employment topics in partnership with regional People Partners across EMEA and APAC * Act as the primary connection between the revenue function and the wider People organisation, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Tech, ensuring global frameworks translate into real impact on the ground WHAT YOU BRING You understand that people decisions are business decisions, and you hold yourself accountable to the same outcomes as the leaders you partner with. We're looking for: * A background in a senior HRBP or People Partner role, with meaningful time in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment * A track record as a trusted advisor to senior revenue leadership, shaping decisions rather than supporting them. You can speak the language of pipeline, quota, territory design, and headcount ratios without needing it translated * Deep experience across the full people agenda: org design, performance, leadership development, compensation, ER, and organisational change at pace * Comfortable building from scratch with a strong bias toward action. You create structure where none exists and move without waiting for perfect conditions * Calm under pressure, decisive in ambiguity, and confident challenging senior stakeholders when the bar slips * Solid working knowledge of New York employment law.
