Stripe is investing in building out its Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) Product Sales team to actively engage prospects and customers
to help them transform their business through building on Stripe’s platform.

What you’ll do
As an Account Executive, BaaS, you will use your sales and product expertise to help drive growth of Stripe’s BaaS (Issuing,
Capital, & Treasury) products across a range of customers. You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and other
GTM teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge and drive complex deals. You will be instrumental in leading in depth
product discussions with existing and prospective customers – and building and executing against our go to market strategy.
You are an adept sales professional, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the
organization. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product
understanding, combined with technical knowledge. You’re as comfortable working with clients as with internal stakeholders. You’re
excited to become an expert and to share your knowledge. You’re an organized self-starter, an excellent communicator who is

ABOUT THE TEAM Product Sales is a team of deep functional and technical specialists who both lead and advise on deals for the most strategically important products in Stripe’s portfolio. Stripe is investing in growing its Link Product Sales team and as an Account Executive you will be a critical part of the team driving the growth of the Link network. WHAT YOU’LL DO As an Account Executive, Link and Financial Connections, you will use your sales and product expertise to help drive growth of Link’s bank account network across a range of customers. You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and other GTM teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge and drive complex deals. RESPONSIBILITIES * Accountable for driving core metrics (i.e. revenue) and new client acquisition (i.e. logos) for a wide range of customers with a focus on bank payments and open banking * Act as a strategic GTM leader for this specialized area, such as authoring our commercial strategy and go-to-market playbook * Deeply understand Link, Financial Connections, and competitors, serving as both an internal and customer-facing expert on our product and the market * Engage with Product and Engineering teams to devise and sell novel solutions, synthesize and relay customer feedback to inform Stripe’s product roadmap * Autonomously manage the bank payments specialist motion for Stripe's largest and most complex users and net-new enterprises * Build and win a robust, qualified pipeline in line with our strategic priorities * Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussion with existing and prospective customers * Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization (engineering, product, marketing, sales, and technical services stakeholders) to help shape Stripe’s products and solutions to meet customer needs WHO YOU ARE We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Requirements * * 10+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology or payments company with 4+ years of experience specifically selling open banking or bank payments solutions to enterprise customers * A track record of top performance * Experience building trusted relationships with senior business leaders (c-suite) at large enterprise customers * Ability to navigate product fit gray areas and understand nuances of what is possible versus what is off the shelf * Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional business partners, especially with Product and Engineering * Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results * Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders * Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements * Thrives in a fast-paced environment and changing requirements, excited by ambiguity * True team player - always * Humor is very welcomed

You own outcomes: building the strategy, running the plays, and driving the numbers. * Own end-to-end GTM initiatives with direct pipeline and revenue targets across key segments and markets — not coverage, not coordination. * Build, test, and scale outbound and growth motions from zero. WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 4–8 years in GTM, growth, sales, or commercial roles at a B2B SaaS company or high-growth environment. * A verifiable track record of directly driving pipeline and revenue — not supporting someone else's number. * Deep fluency in enterprise sales: multi-stakeholder dynamics, longer cycles, and what it actually takes to get a deal across the line. * Demonstrated ability to take a GTM initiative from whiteboard to measurable commercial impact — end to end, no handoffs. * High ownership and urgency. You spot gaps, move fast, and close them — without waiting for a process to exist. * Sharp commercial judgment. You know how to prioritise for maximum impact and say no to what doesn't move the needle. * Comfortable with ambiguity — you build structure and clarity where none exists. * Strong communicator who can earn credibility with internal teams and senior external stakeholders alike.
