You Will * Operate at the forefront of social creativity with a creator first mindset and a strong instinct for what cuts through on platforms. You Have * 4+ years video editing experience, preferably with a focus on native social formats e.g. TikTok, Reels. * Experiencing capturing social first videos and photos, specifically short-form video content (30-90 seconds). * Experience creating specifically for social media for a brand either at an agency or directly with a brand. * Ability to script, storyboard and contribute during creative development. * Proficiency in editing and design software such as the Adobe suite, Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and in-app editing tools. * Experience using AI creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT or Adobe Firefly to enhance ideation, editing and rapid content production. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategic thinking to cross-functional teams.
