About Us
At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks
that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune
500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software,
or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global
network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in
spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s
Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.
At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in
the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized"
problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI
to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the
team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving
tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

We are looking for Fellows starting in April 2027 for 3 to 6 months. Advise. Invest. Build. Meet ALAIKA — a new kind of Financial Services firm — globally scaling, headquartered in Munich. The work is hard. The bar is high. Convince during your Fellowship and earn the opportunity to join ALAIKA full-time after graduation, with partner-track ambition from day one. Stop reading if any of these describe you: * Drive. You need someone to fire the starting gun → We only hire people who can prove they are intrinsically driven and execute. * Ownership. You spot the problem and walk it to your boss → We fall in love with problems. Own them. Solve them. Ship solutions. * Speed. Slow is your default → Speed compounds. Be smart and brave enough to select 80/20 in the right way. * Mindset. "Not possible" is part of your vocabulary → We hire people who always find a way. STILL THERE? THEN ALAIKA MIGHT BE FOR YOU. At ALAIKA, our vision is to build the future of Financial Services with three brands under one roof — Advisory (Strategy Consulting), Capital (Private Equity), Building (Company Builder). Right now, we are in the midst of building our trojan horse ALAIKA Advisory. The ambition: building the leading Financial-Services-specific entrepreneurial holding — Fortune 500 access, PE discipline, Silicon Valley technology-depth and thinking. Three networks that compound and multiply. * One industry. Financial Services. Nothing else. * One focus. The intersection of business and technology — across Strategic Transformations, AI & Data Intelligence, and Cybersecurity. * One goal. Being the go-to partner for the world's leading Fortune 500 financial services companies — and the ones we might help build into that. Founded in October 2022 by Johanna von Geyr (build-up and led Financial Services Practice for a NASDAQ-listed strategy consultancy) and Harald Braunstein (serial entrepreneur with exits incl. IPO), we bring together deep functional domain expertise and networks in global Financial Services, with a proven track record in building, scaling, and investing in leading software product companies. Curious what ALAIKA is all about? Explore our website and introduction deck. Join the movement — apply now. THE ROLE AND WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON * Advise. Take on the most pressing strategic and technology challenges of the world’s leading financial services companies — across Strategy, Data & AI, and Cyber. In the room with decision-makers from day one. * Own. Own your deliverables end-to-end. You are not support staff for the seniors. * Learn. Build the analytical, interpersonal, and business skills that define exceptional consultants. Work alongside colleagues of all levels, receive close coaching, and learn how high-stakes advisory work is done in practice. * Build. We are scaling, with real building left to do — IP, processes, go-to-market, strategy. You do not just deliver client work; you co-build the firm. That is not a slogan — it is your Tuesday. WHEN YOU ARE A FIT “Show me an athlete who did well academically. An athlete because they know what it takes to win and they have had to experience loss.” — Kenneth C. Griffin, Founder of Citadel You will work alongside intrinsically driven people chasing an uncapped career — people who do "what it takes". You fear "being one more number stuck in middle management". Your goal is to make it to the top: at ALAIKA itself, at a leading investment or financial services firm, or in a company you build yourself — ALAIKA can help with that too. * Book-smart. Strong academic foundation. Think in structures, not gut feel. * Street-smart. Read the room fast. Prioritise ruthlessly. Grasp commercial reality. * People-smart. Communicate with precision — clear, direct, persuasive. Build trust across functions and seniority. * Athlete performance mindset. High aspirations. Grit. Learn faster than the environment changes. * Entrepreneurial guts. Self-confident achiever. Act first, apologise later — speed is everything. Take full ownership of work normally reserved for far more senior profiles. WHAT YOU BRING * Background. Currently studying or graduated, top 10% of your class at a top-tier university. Analytical field — CS, Math, Physics, Finance, or equivalent rigour. Minimum 4th Bachelor semester. * Experience. Previous experience as a working student or intern in a high-pressure, results-driven environment — top strategy consultancy, PE/VC-backed company, fast-growing tech, or demanding corporate financial services role. Hands-on Data & AI experience, as well as financial services experience, is a plus. * Leadership. You have led — a team, a club, a project, a cause. We hire people who make things happen. * Analytical edge. Data-driven by default. Leverage data to drive decisions, not just decorate slides. * Languages. Fluent in English and German. Additional languages are a plus. WHY JOIN ALAIKA * Your launchpad. Convince during your Fellowship and earn a full-time offer after graduation — with partner-track ambition from day one. * Stellar Network. Shoulder-to-shoulder with financial services executives running today’s giants and the founders + investors building tomorrow’s. * Offices. Munich and Barcelona. More coming. Plus: the essentials done right — EGYM Wellpass, bike leasing, a kitchen stocked with healthy food and team events worth showing up for: Oktoberfest, team dinners, and more. Advise the leaders. Build what comes next. Invest in the future of Financial Services. Apply with CV, transcripts, and references. Let’s see if you are the one. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Equal Opportunities for all Our team spirit celebrates diversity. We want you to be your true “you” and offer everyone an open culture and safe space with equal chances and opportunities.
WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Head of Early Career Recruiting, you'll own and scale our early career strategy across Notion. We've built real momentum on the engineering side — now we're ready to grow that into something bigger, expanding our early talent footprint meaningfully across the business. You'll partner with leaders across the company, university communities, and the broader talent marketplace to attract emerging talent who excel in craft and share our values. You set a high bar, you know the early career market well — university recruiting, internship conversion, emerging pipelines — and you're genuinely AI-first in how you work, always looking for ways to make the team faster and better. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We're looking for someone who's excited to work alongside the team during those days. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: * Define and own the global early career recruiting strategy — spanning internship programs, new grad hiring, and early-in-career pipelines across the business — translating priorities into a clear talent plan that scales across functions and regions. * Manage and develop a high-performing team of early career recruiters — setting the bar and coaching to it consistently. * Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders — bringing market intelligence, early career compensation insights, and a clear point of view on emerging talent, whether they're coming from campus, a first job, or somewhere in between. * Lead the adoption of AI tools, workflows, and automation across the early career recruiting function — driving meaningful change in how the team sources, assesses, and closes talent. * Design and continuously improve the programs, processes, and infrastructure that allow us to hire with speed without sacrificing bar — including internship program design, conversion strategy, offer frameworks, and intern-to-FTE pipelines. * Establish and own the early career metrics that matter — conversion rates, quality of hire, source mix, time to offer — and use them to drive decisions. * Partner with Storytelling to sharpen our employer value proposition across the early talent community — positioning Notion as a destination for the next generation of world-class talent, wherever they're discovering us. * Partner with Notion's Ambassador Program to build community and connective tissue between early talent and the broader Notion ecosystem — turning advocates into pipelines and relationships into hires. SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: * 4+ years of recruiting leadership experience with a focus on early career hiring — spanning university recruiting, internship programs, new graduate pipelines, and early-in-career hiring across functions. * A fresh perspective on how early talent is best attracted and assessed — from build challenges and work trials to the ways people just entering the workforce discover and evaluate companies — and the curiosity to keep evolving that view as the landscape changes. * Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing early career teams and programs in fast-moving, high-growth environments. * High agency, strategic operator who can set direction and execute — equally comfortable in a leadership conversation about talent strategy and in the weeds of a hard fall recruiting season. * Strong analytical instincts with a track record of using data to drive decisions, i.e. conversion rates, funnel health, program ROI, and team performance. * Trusted advisor to senior leaders, with the credibility and market knowledge to influence program investment and hiring decisions at the executive level. * Genuine AI-first orientation — fluency with modern tools and an excitement for continuous discovery as the landscape evolves, with a track record of bringing teams along on that journey. * Deep knowledge of early career compensation trends, talent market dynamics, and partnership models — from universities and bootcamps to the channels and communities where early-in-career talent is found. NICE TO HAVES: * Background in program management or talent development with experience designing structured early career experiences (rotational programs, mentorship tracks, etc.). * Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI to meaningfully change how early career recruiting operates — not just as a tool user, but as someone who has built workflows, driven adoption, and raised the bar on what the function can do. * Experience designing and executing diversity recruiting programs targeting HBCUs, community colleges, or underrepresented talent communities — with measurable outcomes. * Strong network within the university recruiting, early career, and campus talent community. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $275,000 per year. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy and NYLL 144. #LI-Onsite A NOTE ON AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know. Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.
