At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with
delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30
countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the
globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most
other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and
entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we’re building the platform that helps people discover and get almost anything in their city delivered in minutes. As
part of DoorDash, we’re scaling across 30+ countries, serving 55+ million registered users and partnering with more than 200,000
restaurants and retailers globally.
In Norway, restaurants are one of the most important parts of our business — and our Account Management team is central to how
they grow with Wolt. We help partners improve performance, reach more customers, adopt products like Wolt Ads, Promotions, Wolt
Drive, Storefront and Wolt+, and build stronger, more profitable businesses.
We’re now looking for an Account Management Team Lead to lead hree Account Managers responsible for a nationwide portfolio of
roughly 450 SMB restaurant partners across Norway.
This is a high-impact commercial leadership role for someone who wants to build both people and business results. You’ll coach a
talented AM team, improve how we prioritize and grow our partner portfolio, raise the quality of commercial conversations, and
turn data into concrete action. Your work will directly influence GOV growth, Ads and Promo revenue, Wolt Drive and Storefront
adoption, and the way Account Management is run in Norway.
You’ll report to the Sub-regional Head of Account Management for Norway, Luxembourg and Iceland and work closely with the wider
Norwegian AM team, including Enterprise Account Managers, as well as Sales, Merchant Services, Marketing, Strategy & Operations,
Ads & Promotions, Wolt Drive and Storefront. This is a rare opportunity to shape a core commercial team at Wolt Norway.
As Account Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Account
Managers while driving commercial impact across a large and strategically important restaurant portfolio.
You will help translate Wolt’s commercial strategy into strong day-to-day execution in the field — making sure the team knows
where to focus, how to use data, how to grow partners, and how to deliver consistently across Norway.
