Som D365 Test and Release Manager i Columbus vil du ha et helhetlig ansvar for både test og release management i implementeringer,
oppgraderinger og utrullinger av Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Du vil jobbe tett med både kunder og interne
leveransemiljøer, og være en sentral drivkraft for struktur, forutsigbarhet og kvalitet – fra utvikling til produksjon.
Dette er en senior rolle for deg som ønsker å kombinere strategisk ansvar med operativ gjennomføring – og som trives med å
koordinere komplekse leveranser på tvers av team, teknologi og geografi.
Du vil være en integrert del av våre leveranser i Norge med base i Oslo, og jobbe med kunder innen blant annet finans, logistikk
og produksjon. Prosjektene går typisk fra analysefase til go-live, og du vil ha ansvar for både test og release gjennom hele
løpet.

About the Role As SAP Test & Release Manager, you will lead the end-to-end test and release processes for our SAP S/4HANA environment – including integrations with satellite systems and third-party applications. You’ll take ownership of planning, coordination, and execution across test phases and releases within business-critical areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales. While the role is strategic in nature, it requires a solid understanding of ERP systems and regulated environments to ensure that changes – whether new features, patches, or upgrades – are delivered in a validated, controlled, and audit-ready manner. You will work closely with stakeholders across compliance, quality, IS/IT, and business functions to ensure testing and release are seamlessly integrated into the ERP implementation and beyond. Key Responsibilities Test Management: * Define and implement SAP testing strategies, plans, and standards. * Coordinate all phases of testing: unit, integration, UAT, regression. * Manage test environments and ensure data integrity during testing. * Oversee defect tracking, test traceability, and documentation. Release Management: * Own and maintain the SAP release calendar in collaboration with stakeholders. * Plan and coordinate deployments, go-lives, and post-release support. * Ensure all releases are timely, low-risk, and fully documented. * Drive stakeholder signoff processes and risk mitigation. Governance & Compliance: * Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and change management policies. * Collaborate with Compliance & Validation specialists to maintain system validation. * Contribute to audit readiness and manage release-related documentation. Collaboration & Communication: * Act as the main liaison between technical teams, business users, and external vendors. * Facilitate release readiness reviews and share updates with leadership. * Guide development of documentation standards for testing and release activities. Your Profile You bring both structure and flexibility, with a deep understanding of ERP testing and release in a regulated environment. * A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar. * 5+ years of experience in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). * Proven experience in test and release management – ideally with SAP S/4HANA. * Familiarity with regulated industries and GxP/CSV requirements is a plus. * Solid knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and agile methodologies. * Experience with test automation tools and release platforms is a plus. * Proficient in English, both speaking and writing. This position plays a key role in managing the end-to-end software integration, configuration, and release process for our core systems central physical ECU, which integrates three logical ECU stacks: Linux and Adaptive AUTOSAR deployed onto service-oriented SoC, and the Classic AUTOSAR onto signal-oriented SoC.
