Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires both operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves
and stay ahead of the market.
This role is in our Creative Squad: The one responsible for producing high-performing video ads that drive user acquisition. This
team plays a pivotal role at the base of the marketing funnel, transforming our games into compelling visual narratives that
capture attention across global platforms.
Working across a wide variety of game genres (hypercasual, hybrid, casual) including puzzle, match-3, runner, war games and more,
campaigns

ROLE * Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people * Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas * Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why * Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities * Have the opportunity to cover different product scopes (e.g., hyper casual, hybrid, casual) * Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools) PROFILE * Fully proficient with video editing and content creation * Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity * Creative and have a hacker mindset * Understand how your creations drive marketing performance * Fluent in English, both oral and written * Fluent in Russian, both oral and written * At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role * Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual BENEFITS Competitive salary and other benefits according to the country you reside in. You will work on adapting its gameplay, visuals, environments, skins, and creative concepts to produce engaging video ads for global user acquisition campaigns. Working on Paper.io 2 and its creative variations, you will: * Use Unity to modify and iterate on Paper.io 2, adapting gameplay to make it attractive and engaging for advertising campaigns * Design custom setups, including animations, scenes, environments, skins, rebranding, and code changes for creative video production * Record, edit, and upload Paper.io 2 gameplay videos for global ad campaigns to be tested * Share modified game builds and creative assets with the marketing team for testing * Analyze ad performance and benchmark competitors to improve creative output This role is a unique chance to grow your technical skills by prototyping and problem-solving on a major Voodoo title, as well as to develop a sharp marketing perspective on what makes a game successful.
