This role is in our Creative Squad: The one responsible for producing high-performing video ads that drive user acquisition. This
team plays a pivotal role at the base of the marketing funnel, transforming our games into compelling visual narratives that
capture attention across global platforms.
Working across a wide variety of game genres (hypercasual, hybrid, casual) including puzzle, match-3, runner, war games and more,

Working across a wide variety of game genres (hypercasual, hybrid, casual) including puzzle, match-3, runner, war games and more, you will: * Use Unity to modify and iterate on 20+ game projects, adapting gameplay to make it attractive and engaging for advertising campaigns * Design custom setups (animations, scenes, environments, skins, rebranding, code changes) for creative video production * Record, edit, and upload gameplay videos for global ad campaigns to be tested * Share modified game builds with the marketing team for testing * Analyze ad performance and benchmark competitors to improve creative output This role is a unique chance to grow your technical skills by prototyping and problem-solving across multiple projects, as well as to develop a sharp marketing perspective on what makes a game successful. You will work on adapting its gameplay, visuals, environments, skins, and creative concepts to produce engaging video ads for global user acquisition campaigns. Working on Paper.io 2 and its creative variations, you will: * Use Unity to modify and iterate on Paper.io 2, adapting gameplay to make it attractive and engaging for advertising campaigns * Design custom setups, including animations, scenes, environments, skins, rebranding, and code changes for creative video production * Record, edit, and upload Paper.io 2 gameplay videos for global ad campaigns to be tested * Share modified game builds and creative assets with the marketing team for testing * Analyze ad performance and benchmark competitors to improve creative output This role is a unique chance to grow your technical skills by prototyping and problem-solving on a major Voodoo title, as well as to develop a sharp marketing perspective on what makes a game successful. We're seeking a dynamic Affiliate Business Developer for our Consumer Sales team. In this role, you'll drive Ledger's market growth by recruiting affiliates, showcasing our product benefits, and building strong partnerships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Relationship Management: Foster, grow, and optimize relationships with our top tier global affiliate partners (creators, key opinion leaders, and bloggers) to drive wallet sales and app installs. * Active Recruitment: Conduct targeted cold outreach and scale the affiliate network by onboarding partners aligned with Ledger’s self-custody vision. * End-to-End Project Management: Coordinate the creation and delivery of dedicated marketing assets (custom landing pages, banners, CRM integration) by collaborating closely with internal Creative, CRM, Tech, and Project Management teams. * Collaborative Initiatives: Partner with key internal experts and stakeholders to organize co-branded events, webinars, and partner education programs. * Performance & Reporting: Closely monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Professional Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in sales, partner acquisition, or account management. * Corporate Navigation: A proven track record working within corporate environments. You understand how to navigate internal processes, align multiple departments, and work with cross-functional stakeholders in a larger organization. * Project Management Skills: Strong ability to act as a bridge between partners and internal technical/creative teams, ensuring deliverables (like custom web pages or assets) are completed on time. * Language Skills: You are a native or fluent English speaker. Since our affiliate scope is entirely global, flawless written and spoken English is non-negotiable. * Resilience & Prioritization: Proven capacity to manage stress, multi-task, and ruthlessly prioritize tasks during highly intensive business periods (such as Q4). * Web3/Crypto Curiosity: Direct technical experience in Web3 isn't mandatory, but a deep intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to "fall down the crypto rabbit hole" is essential. * Availability: Must be ready to start mid-August 2026 to allow for a smooth onboarding hand-off before the maternity leave begins.
