We're looking for a Player Experience Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship.
As a Player Experience Intern, you'll be the voice of our players and one of the first people they interact with when they need
help. You'll work closely with our Player Experience team to resolve player issues, investigate account concerns, and ensure every
player has a positive experience.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a passionate global community of football and sports fans,

WHAT YOU'LL DO * Support players through our ticketing platform (Zendesk), providing thoughtful, accurate and empathetic assistance at high volume. * Investigate account-related issues using internal tools and administrative systems. * Keep our service standards high: protect first response and resolution times, and help lift CSAT. * Escalate complex issues to the right internal teams, keeping escalations clean and well-documented. * Spot recurring issues and patterns, and turn them into opportunities to automate: improve our chatbot, automated Zendesk responses and Help Center so players get answers faster and fewer tickets reach the queue. * Work hand in hand with the tech team on support tooling and automation, using AI tools to make yourself and the team more efficient. * Identify bugs and player pain points, and communicate them clearly to Product and Engineering. * Partner with Product by sharing player feedback and contributing to a PES review step on new releases. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 1-2 years in customer support or customer operations, or a strong first experience paired with the right attitude (early-career candidates welcome). * A genuine appetite for AI and automation: you experiment with tools and are excited to work closely with engineers to build smarter support. * Excellent written communication in English and French (C1 minimum) * A problem-solving mindset, genuine curiosity, and comfort getting hands-on with internal tools. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn fast in a fast-moving environment. * Empathy and genuine care for players. * Passionate about football and sports, with a good understanding of the game. NICE TO HAVE * Familiarity with ticketing tools (Zendesk or similar). * Exposure to automation, no-code / low-code tools, scripting, SQL, or AI / LLM tools. In this role, you'll work across our midcore game portfolio, contributing your artistic leadership to titles that have already demonstrated strong core mechanics and real player engagement. Midcore games demand a rich and immersive visual language, from compelling character and environment art to visceral combat feedback and cohesive world-building, and your vision will be central to delivering that. You'll have the opportunity to drive the growth and visual refinement of our midcore titles, leveraging their existing traction to build truly exceptional player experiences. This is a unique chance to join a project pipeline with established momentum, while having a defining impact on the creative direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment. ROLE * Define and own the overall artistic vision for the game, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the product's creative and commercial goals. * Establish and maintain a cohesive visual style across all art disciplines — UI/UX, characters, environments, VFX, and animation. * Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary art team, providing clear creative direction and actionable feedback at every stage of production. * Collaborate closely with the General Manager to align the visual direction with gameplay intent and player experience goals. * Drive the creation and governance of visual style guides, asset pipelines, and quality benchmarks. * Actively contribute hands-on to key art assets and concepting where needed, setting the quality bar for the team. * Champion player-centric design thinking, using live data, competitor analysis, and playtesting insights to continuously refine the game's visual experience. PROFILE * Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Lead Artist on at least one shipped mobile title, ideally within the midcore genre. * Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of a game's visual identity, from early concept through to live product. * Deep understanding of the visual language of midcore games — including character design, environment art, UI/UX, and combat feedback systems. * Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary art teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment. * Hands-on proficiency in Unity, with the ability to implement, integrate, and optimise assets directly in-engine. * Fluent in English.
