ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for experienced Product Owners to join Nuvolar and play a key role in shaping and delivering high-value digital products. In this role, you will define and prioritize the product roadmap, translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, and work closely with UX/UI, development, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery of value aligned with customer and business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Define, own, and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy. * Translate business requirements into well-structured epics and user stories. * Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business processes and delivery goals. * Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. * Validate and refine requirements to ensure clarity, feasibility, and consistency. * Ensure continuous product value delivery aligned with customer needs and business objectives. * Apply Scrum best practices and contribute to an effective Agile delivery process. REQUIREMENTS * 3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner. * Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, or application support. * Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban). * Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. * Relevant certifications such as Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, or User Experience Design are a strong plus. * Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-pressure environments with a positive and proactive mindset. We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with experience in testing web and API applications. In this role, you will contribute to both manual and automated testing activities, defining the overall testing strategy and ensuring high-quality standards across UI, API, performance, and security testing. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks, create and execute functional, non-functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end tests, and actively contribute to code reviews and CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, you will estimate testing efforts, maintain test documentation, and mentor junior QA team members, driving continuous improvement and best practices across the project. QUALIFICATIONS * 6+ years of experience in manual and automated testing. * Strong coding skills in TypeScript (preferred) or other languages such as Python or Java. * Hands-on experience with modern UI automation tools (Playwright preferred; Cypress or Selenium considered). * Solid experience testing APIs (Postman, RestAssured, requests, etc.). * Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), Git, relational databases, and SQL. * Understanding of testing design patterns, test automation patterns, and test management tools (TestRail, Xray, etc.). * Strong communication skills in English and experience working in Agile environments. Nice to have: Performance testing experience (k6, Gatling, Locust, JMeter), basic security testing knowledge, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), TCP/IP and network protocols familiarity, and experience with Gherkin/BDD frameworks. In this role, you will gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, design and implement declarative automation with Salesforce Flow, manage data quality and migrations, and support end-to-end project delivery. You will also lead small to mid-sized projects, facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams, and proactively optimize the Salesforce environment to enhance efficiency and performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Capture and document business needs through workshops and translate them into precise user stories. * Design, configure, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions, including automation with Record-Triggered, Screen, and Schedule-Triggered Flows. * Lead and manage full project lifecycles or project phases, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. * Maintain comprehensive documentation (technical designs, process diagrams, UAT plans, end-user training). * Manage data quality and migrations using tools like Data Loader. * Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and governance, ensuring maintainable and scalable solutions. * Collaborate with marketing and thought leadership initiatives, representing Nuvolar externally when needed. QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years of Salesforce experience across multiple clouds. * Strong declarative configuration and administration skills; experience with complex automation and data migration. * Familiarity with Lightning Platform, programmatic capabilities, and Agile methodologies. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills (English and Spanish required). * Project management experience for small to mid-sized concurrent projects. * Salesforce certifications required: Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Data Cloud. * Nice to have: Platform Developer, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud certifications. * Bachelor’s degree preferred.
