ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role We’re looking for a senior Product Manager to build user-facing products that impact hundreds of thousands of legal professionals. You’ll have the opportunity to join and lead one of the product teams shaping the core of the Legora platform, working across surfaces like our drafting products, tabular review, task management, and research and regulatory products. Wherever you land, the mandate is the same: build 0-to-1 products that help revolutionize a legacy profession. You’ll do it inside an AI-native company growing at hyper speed, with the autonomy to take ideas from a blank canvas to products that thousands of lawyers rely on every day. This is a rare chance to define entirely new categories of legal software, not iterate on the old ones. What You'll Do * Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one of our core user-facing product areas, such as drafting, tabular review, task management, or research and regulatory products. * Build 0-to-1 products and features from the ground up, taking ideas from concept to launch and iterating quickly based on real user feedback. * Partner closely with design and engineering to ship polished, AI-native experiences with a strong bar for craft. * Deeply understand how legal professionals work, and translate their needs into intuitive, opinionated product decisions. * Use AI as a core building block, shaping how legal professionals work with and trust AI in their day-to-day. * Run experiments, instrument the right metrics, and turn data and qualitative insight into a prioritized roadmap. * Move fast in a high-growth environment, balancing speed with quality and a relentless focus on user impact. What You Bring * An experienced, senior Product Manager with a strong background building user-facing products at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. * A track record of building 0-to-1 products that have had a major impact on users. * Hands-on experience building AI-native products, where AI is a central part of the experience. * Strong product judgment and the ability to balance qualitative insight with quantitative rigor. * Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of partnering tightly with design, engineering, and other functions to ship products. * A genuine interest in revolutionizing a legacy profession and making complex software feel simple, fast, and enjoyable. * High standards, low ego, and a bias toward ownership and outcomes. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help bring Beam’s AI to millions of frontline workers across the UK, US, Europe and Australia. You’ll report to Seb, our co-founder, and work closely with engineers and designers to build AI products that solve real operational problems in sectors like employment, housing and social care. This is a hands-on product role for someone who loves building. YOU’LL SPEND TIME: * shipping product quickly * working closely with engineers on AI capabilities * talking directly to users in the field * iterating rapidly based on real usage * and raising the bar for product quality and craft We believe speed is a competitive advantage - especially in the AI era. The best way to discover great products is by shipping, learning and iterating quickly. If you’re excited by the idea of building AI products that solve messy, real-world problems - not just demos or internal automations - you’ll thrive. YOU WILL: * Ship quickly and iterate constantly - You’re comfortable operating in fast cycles of discovery and delivery. Rather than spending weeks scoping and writing lengthy specs, you prefer building, testing and learning with real users. * Obsess over product craft - You care deeply about the details that make products exceptional - speed, reliability, UX clarity, and how tools actually fit into real workflows. * Work directly with users - You’ll spend time travelling to offices to watch practitioners use the product - understanding how their work actually happens so we can build AI tools that genuinely help. * Use AI to solve real problems - You’ll work closely with engineers to turn the latest model capabilities into practical, high-impact features that reduce admin and unlock better services. * Set ambitious goals - You define clear outcomes and hold yourself - and your team - accountable for delivering them. * Help shape what Beam builds next - You’ll influence product strategy based on what you learn from users, partners and the market. WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO * Moves fast -You believe product teams should move quickly, especially in the AI era, where capabilities evolve every week. * Is obsessed with execution - You take pride in shipping high-quality products and sweating the details that make them truly useful. * Thrives in ambiguity - You’re comfortable tackling messy problems where the path isn’t obvious. * Cares about the mission - You want your work to matter. Building AI applications that improve essential public services excites you. IDEALLY, YOU’VE: * Built and shipped successful products - You’ve led product discovery and delivery alongside engineers and designers, taking products from idea to real user impact, but we’re open to hearing from people from other backgrounds. Moving fast, being ambitious, and finding creative ways to turn ideas into real-world impact are the most important qualities. * Worked with and understand technical systems - You’re comfortable working closely with engineers on complex systems - ideally with experience in AI, automation, or developer-facing tools. A technical background (engineering, ML, data science) is a bonus. If that sounds like the kind of environment where you do your best work, we’d love to hear from you. APPLICATION PROCESS We take hiring seriously. We have a four-stage interview process, giving you plenty of time to learn about Beam while we get to know you. 1. 30 mins with our Talent team 2. 45 mins presentation to the Hiring Manager 3.
