We’re looking for a driven (Senior) Sales Manager (f/m/d) to join Forto’s commercial team and help accelerate our growth across
Europe. In this full-cycle sales role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers and building your own book of business -
with the opportunity to retain and grow those accounts over time.
Your initial focus will be landing net-new customers through outbound outreach and in-person field selling. As your portfolio
grows, you’ll take ownership of those relationships and drive long-term value through upsell, cross-sell, and exceptional account
management. You’ll be selling a solution that’s reshaping global logistics — all while working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and
high-performing team.

YOUR ROLE As a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Frontend-Focused) in the Customer Journey Team (Growth) at RoomPriceGenie, you’ll build the user-facing experiences that drive activation, engagement, and long-term success. Your primary focus will be on frontend development using React and TypeScript, crafting intuitive, high-quality user interfaces and experiences. You’ll work closely with backend systems and should feel comfortable navigating and contributing to our Python/Django services when needed. You’ll operate with high autonomy, combining technical excellence with strong product awareness. Together with Product and Design, you’ll help us build a data-informed, experimentation-driven product that continuously improves the customer journey. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Design, build and maintain high-quality, scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript. * Own the end-to-end development of user-facing features, from UX implementation to backend integration. * Collaborate closely with backend engineers and contribute to Python/Django services when needed. * Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, from discovery to deployment, monitoring and iteration. * Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code, applying modern frontend testing practices. * Partner with Product, Data and Design to deliver impactful user experiences. * Ensure strong performance, accessibility and usability across the frontend. * Help instrument the frontend with the right events and data signals for analytics and experimentation. * Participate in architecture discussions and technical reviews, especially around frontend and API design. * Drive continuous improvement in frontend architecture, tooling and developer experience. YOUR PROFILE * Strong professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with a focus on frontend development. * Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript (or similar modern frontend frameworks). * Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management and performance optimization. * Comfortable working with Python/Django backends — able to read, understand and contribute when needed. * Strong understanding of software design and testing practices. * Experience working in product-driven SaaS environments is a strong plus. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AWS infrastructure and modern observability tools. * A product-minded engineer who understands user needs and builds with impact in mind. * High ownership mentality — you enjoy taking features from idea to measurable outcome. * Strong collaboration and communication skills. * Fluent in English and based in the European time zone (UTC+0 to UTC+2).
