About the role
We are looking for a senior, product-minded CRO expert to build and own our experimentation engine across Product, Data and
Build a structured experimentation system from idea to execution
Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities across the customer journey
Challenge product, UX and business decisions using data
Help teams prioritise what should actually be built
You will work closely with Product, Tech, Design and Leadership in a fast-paced, iterative environment where decisions are driven
by experimentation rather than opinion.

Your responsibilities
Build and own Holidog's CRO operating system
Create a framework to collect, organise and prioritise ideas across teams
Define hypotheses, success metrics and experimentation plans
Identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and marketplace performance
Analyse user behaviour and business performance using data
Work with Product and Engineering to execute experiments
Measure results and document learnings
Challenge product, UX and business decisions when appropriate
Help teams make better prioritisation decisions based on impact rather than intuition
Mentor teams on experimentation best practices and contribute to building a strong experimentation culture
Mandatory profile requirements
Candidates must meet all three of the following requirements:
Product-Led CRO: Proven experience driving experimentation across product, UX and business challenges, not only marketing funnels
or landing pages.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong expertise with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude or equivalent), defining KPIs,
analysing user behaviour and turning insights into actionable product decisions.
Experimentation Systems: Proven ability to build scalable experimentation processes, prioritisation frameworks and
cross-functional workflows that continuously generate and execute high-impact ideas.

JOB DESCRIPTION We’re looking for a Head of Engineering (m/f/d) / Technical Lead (m/f/d) - someone who combines architectural vision, delivery focus, and hands-on leadership. You’ll guide multiple squads, ensure engineering quality, and help teams ship effectively while staying close enough to the code to unblock issues and keep the system moving.
