Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, synthesize, and analyze data from a variety of sources, transforming raw data into meaningful
insights that directly support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
Dashboard Development: Define data requirements and create dynamic, visually compelling dashboards using MS PowerBI, ensuring that
insights are easily accessible and actionable for key stakeholders.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Head of Business Development &
Market Intelligence, providing regular updates on data-driven insights and recommendations.
Machine Learning & AI Enablement: Support the development and implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions
to uncover predictive insights. Leverage predictive modeling and AI-driven approaches to generate deeper market and business
insights.
Analytical Mindset: Strong passion for unraveling complex business questions through data-driven insights. Ability to translate
analytical findings into strategic business actions.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of data processing, analytics, and business insight generation. Proficient in Python and
SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Dashboard & Visualization Skills: Hands-on experience with MS PowerBI for creating interactive dashboards that aid in executive
decision-making.
Machine Learning Experience (Preferred): Initial hands-on experience or academic exposure to advanced analytics and machine
learning techniques, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or AI-driven data applications, is considered a plus.
Industry Affinity: Genuine interest in eMobility and a desire to contribute to the growth and innovation within the EV charging
industry.

Responsibilities include managing and growing a customer portfolio, acquiring new clients, achieving regional sales targets, and overseeing the annual budget. The role combines technical sales support, tender preparation, offer coordination with internal teams, and regular reporting to the Director of International Sales. DEINE AUFGABEN * Takeover of existing customer portfolio. * Identification and acquisition of customers and support in day-to-day activities. * Understanding and development of the sub-metering market. * Mapping of the thermal energy, water distribution and sub-metering market. * Monitoring sales opportunities and offers. * Planning sales targets in the region. * Responsible for the successful achievement of the annual budget. * Customer support in the distribution area; technical support, sales advice for customers. * Development of specifications for tenders. * Coordination of customer requests within the organisation. * Liaising with the internal sales department and product management for customer requests. * specifying offers in preparation for the internal sales department. * Regular reporting to the Director of International Sales DEIN PROFIL * Experience in the thermal energy, water metering and sub-metering markets is required for France and the countries in the assigned area. * Several years of professional experience in the fields of billing services, real estate economics or public utilities, ideally with a specialisation in metering technology or the manufacture of metering devices. * Comprehensive vocational training in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), building services engineering or a similar field. * Strong ability to explain complex technical situations in an understandable way. * Strong negotiation skills. * Willingness to travel extensively, about 50% of the time * Ability to work independently – remotely. * Stress resistance, reliability, adaptability. * In-depth IT knowledge (MS Office) for the effective use of software and systems. * Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages is highly desirable. YOUR ROLE As a Working Student in Sales, you will support the South West Europe Sales team in driving both client retention and new business development across Switzerland, Italy. Liechtenstein, France, Iberia and Benelux. Working closely with the Head of South West Europe and the team, you will contribute to key commercial initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to the full sales lifecycle. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor market developments, competitive activity, regulatory changes, and key events affecting Corporates, Banks (MTBs), and Institutional/Asset Manager clients across South West Europe, and provide market intelligence to support 360T's sales strategy and business development activities. * Drive Internal coordination across Frankfurt-based teams to ensure seamless execution of sales opportunities * Coordinate introductory meetings and follow-up with prospective clients. * Execute client communication campaigns using 360T's standard Salesforce templates. * Support client onboarding by driving test account activation, platform adoption, and user engagement. * Organize and participate in client events, industry conferences, networking activities, and marketing initiatives across the South West Europe region to promote 360T's products and strengthen market relationships.
