LemFi (Series B) is building the go-to financial app for the Global South. Moving to a new country shouldn’t mean starting from zero. That's why our team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries is building a financial ecosystem that helps immigrants stay connected to home, build stability, and create wealth regardless of where they are from or where they live. What began as fast, affordable remittances is now evolving into a complete platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth. With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders shouldn't limit financial opportunity. ABOUT THE ROLE LemFi moves money for people the world wasn't built to serve. Millions of Latin Americans send money home, hold multi-currency balances, and navigate financial systems that were never designed with them in mind. We're changing that, and this role is how we plant the flag. As our Business Development Lead for LATAM, you are the founding commercial lead across multiple markets at once - Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala and Dominican Republic as the likely anchors - owning everything from partner identification and deal negotiation to regulatory pathway and first revenue cohort. You will report directly to our Head of LATAM, and you will build a small team beneath you as momentum builds. This is a 0-to-1 role with real weight behind it: we are not hiring someone to explore, we are hiring someone to close. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND OWN * Build and own LemFi's LATAM market entry strategy across Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala and Dominican Republic simultaneously, as well as other new markets, validating prioritisation with data and adjusting fast when the ground shifts. * Sign the first distribution partnerships - banks, fintechs, payment processors - that give LemFi access to new customer bases, compliance infrastructure, and local rails. * Navigate remittance licensing, forex regulations, stablecoin treatment, and KYC/AML localisation in each market, working with legal and compliance to clear the path rather than wait for it. * Define and hit the metrics that matter: partners signed, regulatory clearances obtained, first revenue cohorts live - not pipeline volume or activity for its own sake. * Use AI tools to compress research timelines - mapping the competitive and regulatory landscape, surfacing partner intelligence, and building the market prioritisation model on evidence, not instinct. * Represent LemFi in-market with partners, regulators, and ecosystem players, acting as the face of the company in a region where trust and relationships are the real currency. YOUR EXPERIENCE * Proven track record of 0-to-1 market entry in LATAM specifically - not international BD in general, but Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala and Dominican Republic with real regulatory and compliance scars to show for it. * Deep familiarity with remittance licensing, forex frameworks, stablecoin regulation, and KYC/AML localisation across at least two LATAM markets. * A track record of closing distribution partnerships with banks, fintechs, or payment processors - you have signed deals, not just built decks. * Comfortable operating across multiple markets simultaneously without losing focus or letting the details slip. * Experienced working in fast-moving, under-resourced environments where the process does not exist yet and you are the one who builds it. * Strong enough commercial instincts to prioritise ruthlessly and data-literate enough to defend every prioritisation call with evidence. * Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus. NICE TO HAVE * Prior experience at a remittance, neobank, or payment infrastructure company operating in LATAM. * Existing regulatory or partner relationships in LATAM that can accelerate timelines. * Experience hiring and leading a small BD or partnerships team in an early-stage environment. WHY JOIN LEMFI? Love shouldn’t be expensive, yet those working hardest for their families often face predatory fees and banking exclusion. We're changing this. At LemFi, you won’t be just a cog in a machine. Whether designing products, scaling operations, or telling our story, you’ll tackle complex challenges with real, immediate impact. Your work goes beyond metrics - it puts money back in families’ pockets and offers access to the previously excluded. Join us to make a meaningful difference, where high performance is a lifeline for millions. You can connect with us on LinkedIn and Instagram and if you haven't already, download the app on the App Store or Google Play.
TL;DR We're looking for someone who has thrived in a hypergrowth startup environment and wants to do it again — someone who genuinely loved the part that most people only tolerate. You'll work side-by-side with our founder-CEO to scale his effectiveness, shaping strategy, driving execution, and making every function better than you found it. This is an intense, high-proximity role with very little structure, very little guidance, and enormous leverage for the right person. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. What we’re looking for 10+ years of professional experience across high-intensity environments. This role has no manager, no structured feedback loops, and no one scoping your work. You are expected to see what needs to happen across strategy, operations, communications, and people and drive it without being asked. MBB consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment banking (Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan) or similar foundation. You learned structured problem-solving and executive communication under pressure. The CEO is a prolific, high-velocity idea generator who moves across product, GTM, partnerships, brand, and org design, sometimes within the same conversation. Ideas arrive faster than any single person could execute. Your job is to identify which ones carry real strategic weight, and sequence them against competing priorities. Ex-Founder, Chief of Staff, Head of BizOps/Strategy, or senior operations generalist experience at a hypergrowth startup who has lived the chaos firsthand. This company changes direction at the speed of the market it's defining. The strategic priority from Monday's leadership meeting may be reframed by Wednesday because a new partnership, competitive signal, or product insight emerged. This role is for someone who gets energy from moving fast inside ambiguity and can bring others along with them. Experience at companies that scaled revenue dramatically in compressed timeframes (think Ramp, SpaceX/Tesla, TikTok/ByteDance, OpenAI, Stripe, Anduril, Anthropic, Databricks, Figma, Scale AI). Lovable's leadership team has been assembled at lighting speed. You’ve seen this before before and how to support the CEO in building a strong leadership team. You will often be the connective tissue, the translator and mediator. Executive-grade communication. You can produce investor memos, board updates, internal comms, and candidate briefs that are polished, high-signal, and fast. You'll shape how the CEO communicates to the company, the board, and candidates — translating high-speed thinking into prose that lands with precision. Much of your impact will be invisible to the org and attributed to others. That needs to be fine with you. Diplomatic backbone. You navigate leadership tensions, headcount negotiations, and hard conversations with both empathy and candor. Comfortable with founder-speed proximity and intensity. This means daily co-working sessions with the CEO on his schedule, in-person in Stockholm, no remote exceptions. The team, customers, partners and investors are distributed across Stockholm, Boston, San Francisco and London. Some sessions run long and often happen outside of business hours. AI fluency. You actively use AI tools in your workflows and see them as a leverage multiplier, not a novelty (experience building AI workflows and agents is a strong plus) Coaching background is a meaningful plus. Executive coaching certification, or equivalent. What you’ll do In one sentence: Be the CEO’s strategic right hand — own the operating rhythm of the company, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead the highest-stakes initiatives from strategy through execution. Serve as a sounding board and sparring partner to the CEO on company strategy, competitive positioning, fundraising, org design, and executive hiring Own the cadence of the company — leadership meetings, leadership offsites, support all-hands preparation, goal-setting, planning, and cross-functional accountability systems Shape CEO communications for internal audiences (all-hands, leadership updates, sensitive HR matters) and external audiences (investor calls, candidate-facing materials) Drive alignment across the Leadership team and functional leads — mediate tensions constructively and ensure leadership decisions translate into execution Lead high-stakes special projects end-to-end — executive hiring processes, competitive intelligence, accountability frameworks Design and maintain function-level KPIs, headcount planning models, and performance dashboards that keep the leadership team honest Build and iterate on AI-powered workflows (multi-agent systems, Slack triage, meeting prep, action-item tracking) to scale the Office of the CEO This role is not for you if You expect to work regular working hours. Our teams, partners, investors and customers span Stockholm, San Francisco, Boston and London. You need clear role boundaries and a well-defined job description to do your best work You've never worked in a high-growth startup and are drawn to the idea of it more than the reality You take it personally when work you've invested in gets deprioritized or redirected abruptly You need regular recognition from your principal to stay motivated You expect the person you support to hand-hold you, or model the behaviors and systems you're implementing for the rest of the org You want a 12-month stepping-stone into a functional leadership role, this role is its own thing, and it demands full commitment to the craft of it How we hire Intro call with a member of the recruitment team to explore fit and alignment Call with a member of the CEO Office In-person meeting with the CEO if Stockholm-based, virtual otherwise Call with a member of the Leadership Team In-person work simulation with the CEO
Asana Client Management (ACM) fixes client delivery friction by centralizing briefs, approvals, and file uploads within a branded client portal powered by the Asana Work Graph. The AMER Solutions Org drives customer acquisition and accelerates revenue growth through a mastery of strategic sales and Asana platform expertise, acting as trusted advisors to bridge the gap between the voice of business and the voice of the customer. The SE role on this team is where the product story becomes real for customers; you'll sit alongside the AEs on the ACM incubation pod, own the technical side of the deal, and show agency leaders exactly how their teams will leverage AI Teammates to optimize workflows. This is a builder role where what you configure in demos and what you hear from customers will directly shape the product and define our future playbook. This role is based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE * Own the technical side of the ACM sales cycle: demos, workflow configuration, and solution design for agency and professional services buyers. * Build vertical-specific demo environments for primary verticals—Advertising & Marketing, Media, Digital Services, Design & Creative, and PR—that let AEs compress time-to-proof on every call. * Translate customer pain into specific product configurations; show a Head of Delivery exactly how the Notice/Recommend/Approve loop works for their brief intake process, not a generic walkthrough. * Drive AI Teammate activation post-close; your job doesn't end at the signature—you make sure the portal has real client activity and AIT consumption is running before you hand off. * Partner with AEs on multi-stakeholder deals where the technical design or workflow architecture determines whether the deal closes. * Gather customer feedback and feed it directly to the product team; you're one of the first people in the field with this product and what you hear matters. * Build scaled assets—demo environments, click-throughs, configuration guides—that enable the broader team to carry the technical story without SE support on every deal. ABOUT YOU * Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making. * Minimum 2+ years of professional experience, with a strong preference for experience in Solutions, Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles. * Deep understanding of AI LLMs and GPTs, and the ability to articulate their business applications. * Familiarity with work management solutions and their core enterprise value propositions. * Proven ability to effectively influence senior-level operations decision-makers. * Proficiency in developing product demonstrations, including designing and presenting from decks, briefs, and whiteboards. * Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. * Adaptable to working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities. At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply. WHAT WE’LL OFFER Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. For this role, the estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is between $150,000 - $158,000. The actual compensation package will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the compensation range for this role may be modified. In addition to base compensation, your package may include additional components such as equity and benefits. If you're interviewing for this role, speak with your recruiter to learn more about the total compensation and benefits for this role. We strive to provide equitable and competitive benefits packages that support our employees worldwide and include: * Mental health, wellness & fitness benefits * Career coaching & support * Inclusive family building benefits * Long-term savings or retirement plans * In-office culinary options to cater to your dietary preferences These are just some of the benefits we offer, and benefits may vary based on role, country, and local regulations. If you're interviewing for this role, speak with your recruiter to learn more about the total compensation and benefits for this role. #LI-Hybrid About us Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration.
