Are you our new Senior Content Marketer? Dapper is looking for a Senior Content Marketer with a pioneering spirit. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond. At Dapper, we believe B2B marketing needs a revolution. Our mission is to make B2B marketing less boring, more creative, and more impactful. This job is for you if you: * Have 6 years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment (or you are open to adapt fast to a new environment) * You bring strategic content marketing skills, meaning you know how to create ICPs, content messaging frameworks, host the workshops needed and bring that together in a realistic strategy with roadmap that you keep tracking for continuous improvement. However, you still enjoy jumping into the details, whether challenging content creation, writing long and short form copy, reviewing ad copies or sparring with your clients on content strategy and value-proposition * Do the deep research needed to make sure you get to the bottom of the needs and wishes of the client, which you can translate into concrete content ideas that stand out (scripts and concepts for video and visuals, infographics, thought leadership posts, blogs, copy for landing pages, ads, etc.) * You can connect your writing skills to design execution (visual thinker) to make sure the copy and design are complementing each other (no worries, our creative team does the design work) * Share knowledge proactively.
