The Tax team is responsible for overseeing and managing all tax-related matters for Plaid. This includes ensuring income and
indirect compliance with federal, state, local and international tax regulations, managing indirect tax accruals such as sales and
use tax, property tax, and other non-income tax matters. This team also handles the preparation and filing of corporate income tax
returns, manage the quarterly tax provision process (including FIN18 provisions), and handle estimated tax filings and payments.

Through integrations, these partners help extend Plaid’s Credit, Lending, and Banking solutions to more businesses and consumers. Partner Marketing plays a critical role in this ecosystem, enabling partners to attract, engage, and onboard customers at scale—making it one of the most effective levers for accelerating growth across Plaid’s partner network. We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to own the design and execution of joint marketing programs with Plaid's partners. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into clear GTM plans — covering propositions, launches, campaigns, enablement, and performance measurement — and acting as the primary marketing contact for partners across key product areas. Sitting within the Growth Marketing organization, you'll report to the Customer & Partner Marketing Lead and work alongside the Partner Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys building strong partner relationships, influencing across teams, and turning complex product positioning into compelling marketing that drives real pipeline. Responsibilities GTM Strategy & Planning * Partner closely with Partnership Leaders to understand key priorities and identify where we have marketing leverage * Translate business objectives into clear GTM plans covering propositions, launches, campaigns, enablement, and performance measurement * Identify and develop partner-led propositions that meet partner needs while aligning to Plaid's company goals Co-Marketing & Campaigns * Create and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to drive awareness, demand, and adoption * Develop scalable content campaigns to engage a broad range of existing partners * Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI across the partner channel Partner Enablement * Act as the primary GTM contact for partners on propositions, launches, campaigns, and enablement * Create partner-ready enablement materials including decks, guides, FAQs, and onboarding content * Ensure partners are launch-ready and confident to sell effectively Cross-Functional Collaboration * Deeply understand Plaid's product areas across Credit, Lending, and Banking and translate them into partner-relevant messaging * Influence and organise stakeholders across partnerships, account management, product marketing, and communications to deliver against joint marketing plans * Manage timelines, approvals, and dependencies across multiple internal and external stakeholders * Monitor and analyze program performance, preparing clear updates and insights to support optimization and reporting Qualifications * 6–8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including roles focused on partner or channel marketing * Experience working closely with technology and/or consulting partners to build joint marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and pipeline generation * Proven ability to influence partner marketing leadership teams and align on joint objectives and priorities * Experience shaping joint messaging with partners and translating product positioning into partner-ready content * Demonstrated ability to measure and improve ROI of marketing investments through an indirect/partner business model * Deep understanding of the partner channel funnel, sales cycle, and product lifecycle * Strong cross-functional skills with the ability to align stakeholders across partnerships, product marketing, product, and communications * Comfortable engaging with enterprise-level stakeholders and presenting to senior audiences * Experience at a high-growth technology company * Experience in payments, financial technology, Credit, Lending, or Banking * Background in partner enablement, revenue enablement, or sales enablement * Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) or CRM (Salesforce) * Experience working with learning management systems (LetterAI) and employee enablement intranet platforms. * Strong ability to leverage AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Glean) tools and technologies to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and scale impact. To support that, we need to scale our data systems while maintaining correct and complete data. We provide golden datasets and tooling to teams across engineering, product, and business and help them explore our data quickly and safely to get the data insights they need, which ultimately helps Plaid serve our customers more effectively. We build the data systems and tools that enable everyone at Plaid to be data-driven, making analytics easy, obvious, and proactive across the company. Data Engineers heavily leverage SQL and Python to build data workflows that integrate with our Golang applications. We use tools like DBT, Airflow, Redshift, Atlan, and Retool to orchestrate data pipelines and define workflows. We work with engineers, product managers, business intelligence, data analysts, and many other teams to build Plaid's data strategy and a data-first mindset. You will be in a high impact role that will directly enable business leaders to make faster and more informed business judgements based on the datasets you build. You will have the opportunity to carve out the ownership and scope of internal datasets and visualizations across Plaid which is a currently unowned area that we intend to take over and build SLAs on. Qualifications * 4+ years of dedicated data engineering experience, solving complex data pipelines issues at scale. * You’ve have experience building data models and data pipelines on top of large datasets (in the order of 500TB to petabytes) * You value SQL as a flexible and extensible tool, and are comfortable with modern SQL data orchestration tools like DBT, Mode, and Airflow. * You have experience working with different performant warehouses and data lakes; Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks. * You have experience building and maintaining batch and realtime pipelines using technologies like Spark, Kafka. * You appreciate the importance of schema design, and can evolve an analytics schema on top of unstructured data. * You are excited to try out new technologies. You like to produce proof-of-concepts that balance technical advancement and user experience and adoption. * You like to get deep in the weeds to manage, deploy, and improve low level data infrastructure. * You are empathetic working with stakeholders.
