This role operates on a hybrid schedule requiring two days of in-office collaboration in our downtown San Francisco Hub per week.
About The Role
The Onboarding Specialist is an internal-facing operations role on the External Partnerships team, sitting with the Senior
Onboarding Supervisor. This person is the day-to-day engine of the team — keeping launches on track, cross-functional work moving,
and the Onboarding Associate prioritized and unblocked.
This role does not manage external partner relationships. It exists to absorb the operational coordination that scales with every
new partner launch, freeing senior team members to focus on strategic growth and program management.

What Success Looks Like
30 Days: Fully onboarded with access to all tools, channels, and documentation. Independently navigating Slack, Confluence, Asana,
and Jira. First launch supported with minimal oversight.
60 Days: Managing day-to-day channel triage and cross-functional follow-ups independently. Onboarding Associate's workload
actively supported and on track.
90 Days: Supporting partner launches end-to-end including hypercare monitoring. Process gaps identified and flagged. Senior
Onboarding Supervisor has measurably more capacity for program management.
At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists
of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks.
The base pay range for this position is $89,000 - $119,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include
any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed
above and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.

Vos missions : - Accompagner l'équipe Merchant Sales dans les activités d'onboarding, les opérations quotidiennes et les tâches administratives afin d'assurer une intégration fluide de nos nouveaux partenaires. - Examiner les documents des marchands et réaliser les contrôles KYC-B (Know Your Customer Business), de conformité et de due diligence afin de garantir le respect des exigences réglementaires et des politiques internes. - Être le point de contact des partenaires tout au long du processus d'onboarding, en les accompagnant sur les exigences documentaires et en répondant à leurs questions. - Maintenir des données marchands fiables et à jour dans nos systèmes internes et notre CRM, en veillant à la qualité des informations. - Identifier et remonter les risques de conformité, les informations manquantes ou les anomalies, en collaborant avec les équipes concernées pour assurer leur résolution. - Préparer des rapports, contribuer aux demandes d'audit et utiliser Excel ainsi que nos outils opérationnels pour suivre les activités et gérer les données liées aux partenaires. - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Sales, Operations et Compliance afin d'améliorer en continu l'expérience d'intégration de nos partenaires marchands. Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir : - Vous avez une première expérience en Sales Support, support opérationnel, administration des ventes, service client, onboarding, conformité ou dans un rôle similaire. - Vous maîtrisez le français et êtes à l'aise en anglais, aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral. - Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et savez gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique. - Vous aimez collaborer avec différentes équipes tout en étant capable de travailler de manière autonome. - Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils de la suite Google et Excel, et possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication ainsi qu'un fort sens du service.
